1 bedroom Condo -4th floor Union building. Parking Included.

Rich in history and character –the Union building is located in vibrant Old Town, steps away from the beautiful Victoria Inner Harbour. Our suite is modern and comfortable with great restaurants, quaint coffee spots and shopping at your fingertips. The harbour walkway is just out the door and the stunning Victoria Inner Harbour less then 10 minutes along the path. At the base of our street, hop on the Victoria Harbour ferry and explore the waterway with convenient stops for this hop-on, hop-off service.

While the area is vibrant, you can also retreat to the balcony for some relaxation and enjoy the fresh air, views over Old Town and the Sooke Hills. If you want to eat in, the full kitchen has stainless steel appliances and cooking necessities to enjoy meals in.

We have furnished our space with a comfortable Queen size lazy boy sleep sofa so our suite can accommodate up to 4 guests. We have a sleeper sofa cleaning fee to cover the cleaner's extra time and cost for laundering the linens. This will be refunded with the damage deposit if it is not used. The main bedroom boasts a Simmons Beautyrest Queen bed (the makers of the Heavenly bed) to support a great night's rest. The suite has a stackable washer and dryer, dishwasher and a dedicated parking space. We have dedicated wifi and cable television and music channels.

The property is very comfortable and the location is great! Right in the center of Chinatown and close to all the transportation (though almost everything is walking distance). Our host, Kim, was very helpful and super responsive to all our questions and needs. We would stay again!

Place was in a great location. Right in the heart of China town easy access to all of Victoria, if you like to walk, this spot will get you close to all the attractions. The host was great, attentive to all our needs. Great little coffee shop just underneath, with great coffee and treats .

The condo Suited our needs perfectly. Within walking distance to all of the downtown attractions. Basically located in Chinatown, but a very quiet area.

Great host, great location

This is a great place for a couple, host is fabulous and very responsive. Only downside is lack of AC. We had 2 fans on us and it was still warm at night but very minor. We loved the location.

My husband and I brought our 2 girls to visit Victoria on a summer vacation this week! Our stay could not have been more perfect. Everything about the property was phenomenal from the location to the check-in process to the space and cleanliness of the property. Kim was great with communication and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This Chinatown property was brand new and very nice. The keycafe pickup was slick and easy to use. I would highly recommend this place for a trip to Victoria. The one bedroom with a fold out couch is perfect.

Cute and Quaint

A very cute little property right on the edge of China Town. Perfectly located within walking distance of anything you might want to do. The host was fabulous to communicate with and very responsive.

Great location

The condo was in a great location, a lot of pubs, boutiques and coffee shops, just steps out the front door. Liked that you only had access to the floor that you were staying on, as well as the main floor and parkade. Building was very quite, did not hear street noise or neighbors. We had a very relaxing stay.

Union Building Victoria BC

An incredible location next to top restaurants and a short walk for shopping and sightseeing. Since it is a historic building, we were expecting it to be quite old inside but instead found a nice modern well equipped condo with great secure parking. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs. We found access for our first time here to be quite convoluted but it will be a breeze the next time around.

I can't say enough good things about the Victoria Condo!! First, the location is ideal for a tourist. It is within walking distance of everything. I could easily have left my car at home. Second, the condo itself is beautiful, modern and spotless. It was so nice, I think I could have actually lived there. I would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable urban retreat in a fantastic location.

I stayed here for four days while travelling for work. The condo is spacious and extremely well equipped. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night while watching the activity below. The cool downtown location is just minutes from it all. Active and urban, with great cafes, restaurants and shops right outside the door. My family joined me for three additional nights and while the space was tight, it was still comfortable for two adults and two kids. We hope to return!
