It features 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower, living room with a double sofa bed and separate kitchen, plus convenient amenities like air conditioning (on a weekly extra cost), covered parking space, Tv, washing machine and a big terrace for chilling.
The beach service is not included in the price and it is mandatory to pay 70eur on arrival at the agency.

-Security deposit: 200eur will be collected only in cash at the check-in. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after the accommodation inspection.

°Excluded - Optional: all extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-Bed linen and towels on request (subject to availability): 15eur per set/person.
-A/C (if available): 50eur per week
-Only small pets allowed on request: no cats allowed: 50eur per pet/week
-Under no circumstances, medium and large sized pets are allowed
