Thanks to its properties it can easily combine holidays for large families, as well as for single couples who can enjoy the boundless immensity of the countryside.

The house is not far from Lake Bolsena and is in an ideal environment for cycling and trekking. It lies on the border between Umbria and Lazio and the Tiber River Park is well worth a visit. Restaurants and supermarkets are within a couple of km.
