The villa is situated in Conca dei Marini, a lovely village about 3km from the centre of Amalfi and can be accessed directly from the State road SS163 by car. The house, built on two independent storeys, has two private car parking spaces for normal sized cars and boasts a marvellous position overlooking the sea.
A few steps take you down to the upper storey of the house. The upper level is made up of: 2 double bedrooms; 2 bathrooms with shower, a brightly illuminated living room, a well equipped kitchen and a beautiful, furnished terrace with a view of the sea. The terrace is very private, spacious and overlooks the sea. Moreover, the upper level of the property also has a furnished patio in front of the main entrance.
Another 14 steps takes you down to the lower storey. The lower level of the house is made up of 2 large bedrooms, each one about 20 sq.m, with air-conditioning and two bathrooms with shower, one of which is en-suite and in the other there is a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a dining area and there are two panoramic terraces, one leading off the kitchen and the other leading off the main entrance, both of which furnished with garden tables and chairs and both offering privacy and wonderful moments of pleasure with one of the most exclusive panoramic views of the Amalfi Coast.
The villa has private access to the sea down 190 steps to a fully equipped platform for the exclusive use of the guests of the villa. The Villa has air-conditioning and internet access on both levels.

The house is constituted of two levels.By descending just a few stairs you gain access to the upper floor of the house .
The upper level of the property is composed of:

2 double bedrooms, 2 shower bathrooms, a bright living room, an equipped kitchen and a beautiful panoramic terrace with sea view.
The terrace, offers plenty of privacy, is as wide as the floor itself and affords a fantastic view of the ocean.

By descending 34 stairs you will have access to the lower level of the house.
The house's lower level is composed of:

1 double bedroom, 1 shower bathroom and 1 equipped kitchen.

From the house itself a small path descends towards the sea, with a private sun terrace halfway on top of the rocks, offering fabulous views over the azure blue sea.
Bathing is possible here and is in fact reserved exclusively for the guests at the property.

The house is directly reachable by car and the most important centers of the Amalfi Coast are only a few minutes away.
