Villa Portichol is a magnificent villa to enjoy a relaxing vacation. It is in one of the best areas of Moraira just 5 min. walking from the sandy beach, the port and all the services that Moraira offers, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc.
The villa is distributed in 2 heights. The main floor consists of a spacious living room, large fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 1 bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
The upper part consists of 5 bedrooms (the small intended for children and with fan), 2 bathrooms and a solarium.
The exterior has a large terrace equipped with garden furniture where you can enjoy lunch and dinner, built-in barbecue, large private pool and parking.
With air conditioning hot / cold and wifi.
Just a few steps away we find the secluded Cala del Portixolet, very suitable for diving and fishing. It is hidden in a cliff and we access it by going down a staircase.
Walking the streets of the urban area of ​​Moraira is another of the great attractions for the visitor. Its cobbled streets and the facades of its typical houses on the Costa Blanca give this town a special charm.
Sitting down to have a drink on one of its terraces or visiting the wide variety of shops that run through its urban area will provide you with another vision of this coastal town.
A must-see are also the almost 8 kilometers of coastline that the town of Moraira has, made up of seven unspoilt beaches and coves that offer the best version of the Mediterranean Sea.
Some of them have been awarded the blue flag for the quality of their waters and the services they offer to the visitor to enjoy a full day at the beach or practice any of the many activities and water sports that these beaches and coves of the Alicante coast allow. .

Great villa and location
We really enjoyed our stay here. The check in process was easy and the villa set up really great. Perfect for 3 families, with plenty of space. I would recommend this others but would suggest that the owners think about providing more entertainment for kids (pool toys etc), and also think about replacing the tiled deck area and steps as it gets very slippery when wet (which is dangerous with your children).

A Fabulous Villa close to clean beaches and rocky coves, and walking distance to many restaurants
We travelled as a family to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. The villa had plenty of space for eight of us. Our grandchildren loved the pool where our 6 year old grandson learned to snorkel in safety before visiting the nearby cove for a perfect open water snorkelling experience, with many fish and even an octopus! The villa has a lovely view of the sea and is in a perfect location only 10 minutes walk to clean sandy beaches. Although close to many restaurants and bars the villa is in a very quiet, tranquil location. It was a treat to eat breakfast and some of our other meals on the terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. We just had to take some extra care with our two young grandchildren as the floor around the pool and inside the villa can be very slippery with only a few drops of water. BTB provide an excellent service all the way from confirming our booking to taking care of a couple of (very minor) problems during our stay. Their response to any queries was always swift and courteous. Any of the team who visited to take care of the pool or deliver a replacement kettle were very friendly and helpful. The villa was immaculately clean when we arrived. We will certainly book through BTB again. The cost of Wi-fi should be included as it's such a fundamental service today. We didn't understand the need to request bedding and towels with the booking as we would assume these would normally be assumed when booking a villa. Maybe just add all of these into the basic offering. Otherwise we were very pleased with BTB's service. Thank you.

Lovely villa with sea view
The villa was everything we hoped it would be. Plenty of room for our family of 10. Situated within walking distance from the centre of Moraira, with lists of bars, restaurants & shops.

Great location and spacious
The villa was very spacious and perfect for our family stay. It had a downstairs bedroom which was perfect for someone with mobility issues (although there are stairs up to the property.... Beware!) And a smaller kids bedroom. There was a pool table and ping pong table for rainy days and lots of books! We were let down by our letting agent btb who didn't provide us the entry code for the key box which meant even though we arrived at the villa at 7.30pm we spent 3 hours trying and failing to contact them before calling villa plus who were exceptional in helping us get access. We have not had acknowledgement or apology from btb which put a damper on the holiday! If you're arriving after hours, my advice is to ignore their instructions of contacting them via WhatsApp when you arrive and get the code early in the day!

Great location to the town
The villa had plenty of space for us as a family, with one bedroom downstairs it was great for someone with mobility issues and the kids' bedroom upstairs suited us perfectly. It's a great location, being close to Moraira and cala el portet. There was a pool table and a ping pong table which helped when the whether wasn't brilliant and a couple of inflatables for the pool which my nephew loved. We opted to heat the pool and I'm so glad we did as it was unseasonably cold during our stay so at least we got to use it! Check in didn't go very well. We had a late flight and were instructed that the code for the key safe would be provided by WhatsApp if we arrived after 7pm. We arrived at 7.30pm and after numerous WhatsApp calls, calls to the office and WhatsApp messages (even calling the emergency phone number which we were just hung up on) we still didn't receive the key code number. We had to call villa plus (who looked like the official letting agent for the villa) who then helped us. It was 10.30pm before we got access and with an 8 year old and an 83 year old that wasn't great. We have also not since received an apology or acknowledgement of this mistake. I made btb aware we were arriving late a number of times before arriving in Spain, so Communication needs to be updated if this is not the process or I'd like at the very least an apology for this stress and inconvenience and awful start to the holiday.

Estancia muy agradable
Hemos pasado los días de noche vieja en esta casa y hemos pasado unos grandes días. Sin duda lo recomendaríamos Nos ha faltado tener más papel higiénico ya que éramos mucho y creo que es un detalle que fuera aportado de parte del alojamiento y las luces de fuera de la piscina no funcionan sería genial tener más luz en la zona de billar para poder gastar esa zona más. Por lo demás todo fue genial
