Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. There are 4 x Smart TVs, in the lounge and each bedroom. Netflix, iplayer apps etc are available, guests would need their own account to log in and please do remember to log out before departure. Fast stable WiFi, fuel, power and one basket of logs inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Welcome basket provided of Prosecco, tea, coffee and milk. Family friendly property, travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Roadside parking. Enclosed garden with lawn, patio and seating. From 1/1/25 this property can accept one medium sized well behaved dog at a supplement of £15 per week. Please note dogs cannot be accepted in 2024. The property is near High Force waterfall and has fantastic walks in the area. Shop and pub 0.1 miles
