There are also restrictions on filling swimming pools and human consumption. Given this exceptionality, we cannot guarantee the condition of the gardens and swimming pools, nor the possible restrictions on their use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The measures to manage episodes of regional water shortages agreed by the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) and/or other competent public administrations will be mandatory for both contracting parties. In compliance with the regulations, services may be affected that cannot be carried out normally. No such event will entail any type of compensation.
