Milly’s cottage is a beautifully cosy and welcoming property, resting on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, within the village of East Ayton.. 5 steps to entrance.

Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Slow Cooker, Fridge/Freezer
First Floor:
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Dressing Area Ensuite: Toilet (Only)
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, No Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack and doggy extras. . Enclosed garden with patio. 2 small dogs welcome. Private parking for 1 car. Sorry, no children under 18 years old. No smoking.. The interior plays host to an open plan living area, where you will be delighted with the facilities within the kitchen area, perfect for rustling up an evening meal, before unwinding within the sitting area, complete with a Smart TV as well as a reclining two piece leather suite. Upstairs you have a beautifully presented double bedroom with a separate walk in wardrobe, perfect for storing all of your belongings. The modern shower room is complete with a seated dressing table. Step outside to enjoy an enclosed garden with a patio area, which is the perfect suntrap. Your well behaved small dogs are welcome to join you on your stay, they will be delighted with the nearby country walks and beaches. The area is very dog friendly, many pubs and cafés welcome them. You are just opposite the local shop with a petrol station, which is convenient for any groceries. Further down the road you have a friendly local pub, which serves wonderful home cooked meals.

Take the heritage steam train on a truly memorable journey over the stunning moorland of the National Park from Pickering to the historical seaside town of Whitby. Visit the stately homes of Castle Howard or Sewerby Hall and Gardens. Or for nature lovers there are many nearby walking and cycling trails to choose from, including Dalby Forest. Alternatively, you can drive out to the coastal town of Scarborough only 10 minutes away, where you can explore the historic castle, wonder around the beautiful Japanese garden or soak up the sun at the beach. Further down the coast you have miles of golden sand stretching from Filey to Hunmanby Gap and Reighton Gap. The iconic light house at Flamborough and the RSPB nature reserve at Bempton Cliffs are well worth a visit where you can see nesting puffins and gannets. Beach 5 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.
