Die im Internet zu sehenden Bilder der FEWO entsprechen nicht mehr dem jetzigen Zustand der Wohnung. Die Holztüren sind Alle verzogen und die Drückergarnituren nicht befestigt. Eine Abdeckung des Pool fehlt, somit ist der Feuchtigkeitsgehalt in der Wohnung wie in einem Schwimmbad. Die Scheiben laufen somit an, entsprechend "klamm" ist alles. Die Matratze des Hauptschlafzimmers ist mit einer Hängematte gleichzusetzen. Die Dusche des kleineren Schlafzimmers ist auf Grund des verstopften Ablaufes nicht zu benutzen, ohne das Bad unter Wasser zu setzen. Viele Kleinigkeiten, die zu dieser Bewertung führen.Der Mülleimer der Küche wird mit einem Stein festgehalten, sobald man dann den Eimer herauszieht, kippt der Mülleimer um, ein Auszugsystem kostet nicht viel. Der Kontakt ist freundlich und vorbildlich. Sobald man angerufen hat, wurde sofort reagiert. Leider ist der Wartungsstau der FEWO ist nicht zu übersehen.

Het huis komt overeen met de informatie / foto's zoals op de site. Rustige buurt. Iets buiten het centrum. 10 minuten lopen van het centrum. 5 minuten van het publieke strand met de ligbedden. Prima plek om een Rustige vakantie te viren.
