Studio in duplex, understanding 1 big bed on the floor, a living room with sofa and kitchen in rdc. In a villa completely renovated in 2018. Located in a very quiet and green area of the city center while being close to everything on foot. Bus stop 10 meters away. Beaches and Palais des Festivals at 11 minutes, train station at 10 minutes walk.
Soundproof room with all the facilities and a kitchen. Room ready with all the linen provided, bed made upon your arrival. Departure cleaning included.
Possibility of a secure parking in the grounds of the villa 10 € / day, on reservation. A deposit of 300 € will be required by credit card imprint upon arrival.
