Large house facing the sea, sleeping up to 14 people. The house is ideally located on the magnificent beach of Ile-Tudy, 5 minutes' walk from the port, the nautical centre and small shops. The view from the house and its direct access to the beach make for an idyllic holiday. The small garden at the back of the house is very quiet and not overlooked, so you can enjoy peaceful lunches.

- 1 bedroom with Queen Size bed (160*200): upstairs / sea view
- 1 bedroom with 1 King Size bed (180*200) or 2 single beds (2 x 90*200): upstairs / courtyard view
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2 x 90*190): upstairs / courtyard view
- 1 bedroom with Queen Size bed (160*200): on the ground floor / access from the courtyard
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140*190): on the ground floor / access from the courtyard

Sheets and towels are provided for stays of 7 nights or more and are extra for stays of less than 7 nights (bed 180: 17€; bed 160: 16€; bed 140: 15€; bed 90: 13€; towel kit: 6€/person).

THE KITCHEN / LIVING ROOM: functional kitchen

# Living room with fireplace, coffee table, 3-seater bench, 2 armchairs, two footstools and stools.
# Dining area with table seating 8.

# Upstairs, a shower room adjoins the sea-view bedroom + 1 WC.
# On the ground floor, there is a separate shower + 1 separate WC.
# The 2 bedrooms overlooking the courtyard have a shower, washbasin and WC.

OUTSIDE: direct access to the beach
# The seaside terrace has a large dining table for 10 people, a charcoal barbecue, several sun loungers and 2 parasols. There is a water point for rinsing off after the beach before returning to the house.
# Beach games are available for children.
# Access to an outdoor toilet in a "beach area".
# In the courtyard, there is a dining table with 2 benches for 8 people if you need shelter from the wind. There is a water point for rinsing off after the beach before returning to the house.

# Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, induction hob, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery.
# Maintenance: 2 washing machines (1 in the garage and the other in the "beach area"), 1 tumble dryer, clothes line, hoover, cleaning kit.
# Childcare: cot with mattress. Possibility of hiring childcare equipment from La Conciergerie Bigoudène (bathtub, pushchair, baby carrier, etc.).
# Electronic equipment: WIFI, Bluetooth audio system, no television.
# Outside: "beach area" with washing machine, washbasin, fridge, WC and storage, dining tables for 10 on the terrace facing the sea and in the rear courtyard, parasols, 4 chiliennes, barbecue, beach games for children.
