The apartment is located in a nice and familiar community with swimming pool for adults and children and tennis court.

It is a first floor with capacity for 4 people and has a lounge-dining room with exit to terrace with sea views, fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with shower.

Community with WIFI. We are not responsible for the speed or proper functioning of the system.

The pool is OPEN from the 1st of June till the 30th of September and is CLOSED the rest of the year.

We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.

Water restrictions: We inform you that according to Decree Law 1/2023 of February 28, due to the extreme drought we are experiencing, it is forbidden to water the lawn of any private property. There are also restrictions on filling swimming pools and human consumption. The measures to manage episodes of regional water shortages agreed by the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) and/or other competent public administrations will be mandatory for both contracting parties. In compliance with the regulations, services may be affected that cannot be carried out normally. No such event will entail any type of compensation.
