Bien placé mais très mal entretenu

Appartement bien placé par rapport au centre de Valence. Stationnement relativement facile (Attention zone bleu par tranche d’1h30). L’appartement pourrait être agréable, mais il est très mal entretenu.: matelas anciens ou de mauvaise qualité, oreillers de très mauvaise qualité, tiroirs des placard qui tombent tout seul, congélateur givré car la porte ferme mal, sol stratifié usé (a changer), matériel de cuisine très juste, pour certains en mauvais état, très incomplet (aucun couteaux de cuisine ni à pain), etc

Une nuit d'enfer

L'appartement en lui même rien à dire, les voisins dessus hyper bruyants, bruits de pas qui résonnent dans nos chambres jusqu'à minuit, nous sommes montés, ils n'ont pas ouvert la porte !!! Nous sommes arrivés les fenêtres étaient ouvertes, il a fait une chaleur terrible toute la nuit, impossible de dormir, pas de ventilateur, nous avons ouverts les volets pour avoir de l'air mais les lumières de la rue éclairent la chambre comme en plein jour, la rue est étroite l'immeuble en face est à 3 m des fenêtres on entend tout des habitants en face, discussion, tv, portable et pour finir le camion poubelle qui vient vider les bennes d'ordures enterrés à 50m de l'appartement à 5h30 du marin et pendant 30 min, bilan on est parti tout de suite après à 6h du mat, mauvaise expérience pour nous ....
