"La Fétuque Crin d'Ours" is a beautiful family home with modern and neat facilities. New construction in 2016 with PMR standards and new energies. Aerothermal heating. Exterior heat pump giving underfloor heating for the ground floor. Very appreciable to have warm feet.
Located at 246, rue de Rang du Fliers (quiet), close to the Parc de Bagatelle (2 min).
At 2 steps from the shops and the sea, 6 kms from Berck Plage and 7 km from Le TOUQUET.
The beach of Merlimont is located at 5,3 km, that is to say, 20 min by bike.....
