To the rear of the living area is a door out to a charming terrace, a lovely spot to catch the morning sun.
The contemporary kitchen has high quality Miele appliances and high gloss units, including an electric oven and hob, combination microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine which takes Dolce Gusto pods, Quooker tap and waste disposal unit.
The dining area has a large table with seating for up to eight guests.
The living area boasts doors to the balcony, a large comfy sofa and TV.
