Was greeted with immediate communication and accommodating response. We stayed in two of the rooms available at this destination. The outside is as charming as the inside. View in upper story is wonderful. Beds very comfortable.

Nice host, good location, easy access, poor wi fi in our unit
We were in the basement unit and that was great except the wi-fi. We had to go up to the little vestibule to connect and get a good signal- not very convenient.

It was okay
It was nice to stay at such a central location. Overall we could easily live there for 10 days. The heating sadly only turned on for a few minutes every morning, it was very dirty, not really enough kitchenware, had to clean the shower myself and the drain was so full that the water barely went down it. It's definitely rundown and worth what you pay for it, but we managed and had a good time nonetheless.
The unit is centrally located, able to walk to everything. Communication with property management in the event of a problem is only available 9m-6pm. I think 24 hour communication regarding a multli-unit property should be considered. We enjoyed the proximity to everything. The unit is not fancy but has everything you should need.

Very disappointing stay- dirty crockery and cutlery, used and dirty kitchen sponge, no instruction booklet/info sheet re turning on lights for kitchen/living area, sign advising you to pull a cord to turn hot water for shower but nothing about getting hot water to wash up in kitchen sink. We found this by accident after pulling cord.
A fitted sheet, no top sheet and the doona just barely covered the two of us in bed. One bedside lamp for double bed nightstands.
Stripped bed on departure to see the mattress protector stained and dirty.
Wi fi info incorrect on welcome note, wi fi details in main foyer but we couldn’t decipher the password correctly. Therefore we couldn’t access wifi.
The whole apartment needs a thorough clean to bring it up to a basic standard at the minimum.
Would not recommend this property at all. Host Varun replied in a timely manner.
The location of apartment was great- only positive thing about this apartment.
Would be helpful to advise no matter whether you park on street below or above in bowling green parking area there are several stairs either way to get to Old Dispensary- useful as most visitors may have luggage.
Had to request a tea towel!
Extremely disappointing considering it’s under “Premier host”.

Hello, My name is James and I live in the U.K. but I was born in Co Limerick originally. Ihave been visiting Kinsale for the last 10 years as I fell in love with the superb cuisine, lively pubs and fantastic scenery not to mention the friendly locals so now spend half the year here. I recently purchased these apartments in Main Street Kinsale and decided to refurbish them to a high standard and let them as Airbnb apartments so that other people can also enjoy what Kinsale has to offer and hopefully love it as much as I do. My manager Varun will be on hand to welcome you in all my 3 properties in Kinsale, sorry I forgot to mention The Old Dispensary and Garda House are also my properties. Varun will be of assistance anyway he can. I truly hope you have a most wonderful stay in my apartments. You can also view these beautiful apartments on YouTube video, just type in The Post House Kinsale and enjoy and I wish you wonderful stay at my property's.
