All of our rooms are brand new (June 2017), they have a modern private bathroom with showers. Apartments have a comfortable double beds, Lounge area with flat screen Smart TVs and a modern fitted kitchen with appliances

- Those who have previously created incidents/ disturbances at the premises
- Those who have previously breached our policies
- Those who do not have the correct payment card present
- Those making payments in cash
- Those who’s Pre-Authorisation has failed
If 3 of these apply to your booking, then you will be considered as High Risk
The Enhanced Incident Deposit will be £1000
All guests for that booking must present a copy of the ID for the manager’s records.
