There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove, a utility and a snug. Outside there is a front garden area with seating and off-road parking for two cars. The Hay Barn is a stunning, contemporary take on a classic farm building in the rural surroundings of Tyne and Wear.
