Check in between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. Arrivals outside these hours or on holidays will only be accepted with prior notice and with an additional cost of € 60.

Entry to the private complex of Santa Maria involves a fee of €15 per car for the maintenance of the ecosystem. This is purchased at the gate from the guard.

Buen apartamento con una gestión no satisfactoria

Buen apartamento y ubicación, valorando muy positivamente la tranquilidad. Por contra, nos sorprendió negativamente la desconfianza de la gestora, y advirtiendo que no puede llevarse visitas (aunque no pernocten), cosa que no sabíamos de antemano y debería destacarse. También nos reclamó para cobrar de la fianza unos daños a los cables de conexión a la TV, cosa que nos sorprendió, puesto que habíamos podido ver la TV. Por cierto, una TV no smart…

Top modern und gut ausgestattet!

Das Haus ist ein Reihenmittelhaus. Sehr hellhörig, aber nette Leute l&r. Die Ausstattung, besonders der Küche, ist wirklich absolute Spitzenklasse. Nespresso Maschine, Induktionsherd, großer Kühlschrank, etc etc
