The property is located in one of the best areas of Javea. The well known Tosalet area. Just behind the sandy beach. It is a beautifully landscaped garden of 2500 m2. There is a wide terrace with shade and sun loungers next to the larger then average pool. Inside there is a modern kitchen, large dining and living room. 2 bathrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. Upstairs large master bedroom, with en-suite and another bedroom and bathroom. Total 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. Beautiful terrace overlooking the pool area.
