This is a 1 bedroom apartment that is located on the ground level of the building that can accommodate up to 4 people for 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds set up in the living area.

This apartment has been newly renovated to a high standard and is well-equipped for an exemplary stay. It has a well-equipped kitchen including an electric oven, hob, fridge, toaster, and kettle. The bathroom features a jetted jacuzzi bath and electric shower combination. The apartment comes with a washing machine as well if you prefer a longer stay.

I recently had the pleasure of spending four unforgettable days at Empire - Tyldesley Rd, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted with warmth and comfort that made me feel right at home. The flat itself was immaculate, with modern furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. Shocking, unsafe, broken lock, full of mould and beds werent changed and full of makeup and hair.

Waiting for my refund. left the property with in a hour of arriving and have been ignored by the own since requesting a refund. Had to contact vrbo and send them the photos of the shocking conditions and they are doing a full investigation into the proterty and sorting out my refund! Unbelievable do not book!!

DO NOT STAY!!! HAD TO LEAVE A DAY EARLY

we arrived at the property and immediately noticed that the front door looked as though it had been kicked in and the door did not lock properly which when staying a new place is a worry. When walking around the property it was covered in damp and holes in the walls. the damp was right next to the main bed. when unfolding the sofa bed there was crumbs off food and rubbish in the creases. There was dirty cotton buds on the cupboards. All in all the property was very dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable and when we had a look at this 30 percent of the slats were broken and the owners had screwed a bit of plywood to the slats. We booked this for 2 nights however had to come home after the first night as we couldn't stay in the property any longer. There were 3 electric heaters left in the property however only 2 of these worked. these were also very dusty, dirty, old and damaged. The fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling leaving exposed electrical wires which in itself is a hazard. The 2 front facing windows facing on to the Main Street would not latch which means you could hear a lot of noise from outside and this is also a security risk as the property is located very close to the main strip and anyone could have pulled these open and climbed through. There were also a lot of letters left in the entrance way to suggest no one had been there in days
