The Place by the Sea Blackpool

Our place by the sea offers guests a fantastic home away from home feel and has been styled with contemporary décor and comfortable soft furnishings.

We have 3 double beds, 2 folding guest beds and a sofa bed which comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. A travel cot & bed rail, can be requested free of charge for our youngest guests. With ample room in the hall for buggies and those extra bits, our little ones need for a fun time by the beach.

The kitchen is equipped with full cooking facilities including a hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge/freezer, so you can eat at home and enjoy alfresco dining on the roof deck or take advantage of the numerous eateries that are in abundance in Blackpool if you prefer. A dining area, comfortable sofas, beds and a shower and bathroom & ironing facilities provide all of your home comforts. Whilst free Wi-Fi, and smart TVs in every bedroom featuring Netflix and the usual channels ensures that everyone stays entertained when you need a little bit of downtime.

Double glazed windows, central heating, quality bedding and soft throws add to the cosiness of your stay. Linen, towels, washing up items and toilet roll are provided.

Parking Information
There is free parking to the front of the property, as well as several large car parks that offer a multi-day ticket which are excellent value. These are also particularly good value if parking tickets are purchased as part of the Resort Pass Add-Ons.

Set over two floors with three double bedrooms with large beds, quality bedding to give you a great night's sleep. A travel cot can be requested free of charge. Our property can comfortably sleep up to 7 guests, we do have put up beds & a sofa bed too if needed. There’s also ample room in the hall for buggies and those extra bits, your little ones need for a fun time by the beach. A dining area, comfortable sofa, beds, and a shower and bathroom, ironing facilities, and hairdryers provide all of your home comforts. Free Wi-Fi and smart TVs in every bedroom featuring Netflix and the usual channels as well as a large selection of board games ensures that everyone stays entertained when you need a little bit of downtime. Please be aware that if you pay for view on the T.V’s you will be charged. Relax on the balcony for some AL Fresco dining. These are also particularly good value if parking tickets are purchased as part of the Resort Pass Add-Ons. The award-winning beach, promenade and nearest tram stop is only a few minute's walk. There are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby and the best butchers in Blackpool. But if you wish to eat in, there are supermarkets within 50 metres of the property.
