Livingstone is a fantastic well presented Maisonnette with 5 large double rooms all individually furnished. It is an ALL WHITE bright and airy apartment.

This accommodation comes with brand new bathrooms and toilets, brand new appliances etc.

Our accommodation is a newly fully refurbushed 5 large double bedroom maisonnette with two shower rooms, one toilet and open plan kitchen, Dinning and lounge that can cater for up to 10 guests. It is located a few mins to the Ashford International train station which is 38 mins to Kings Cross London.  It is ideal for families on  holiday who want a self catering and self laundry facility. 


It is also very close to the shops, restaurants, County Square, Arthur  Glenn Designer Outlet - (20mins walk), Asda Superstore(24mins), Stour Leisure Centre(9mins)

It is suitable for Contractors looking for a homely and perfectly located accommodation for their staff. where they can practice social distancing.

Even though there is a communal lounge, each room has a TV for guests who want to stay isolated.

Our apartment offers self catering and self laundry. It has a fully fitted kitchen and  utility providing  a gas hub, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer , fridge freezer,including crockery and cutlery.

There was no hot water therefore was difficult to shower. It would be nice if it was amended.

Overall, really love the apartment, cosy and close to town centre. Big rooms.
