Located on Estrada do Farol or Restaurant Hill as it is often referred to, you can literally walk out of the villa gates and stroll to the beach, look round the shops, eat in one of the many fabulous restaurants or enjoy a gin and tonic in one of the bars or cafes in the village or on the beach front.
The villa is one of the oldest residences in the centre of town and this has been reflected in the renovation of this split-level traditional property.
There is parking for several vehicles in a private, gated driveway.

On the lower level there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a small double bed and one single bed and a built in wardrobe. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over and a separate shower room
