708B IS a 1 bedroom efficiency similar to a hotel room. It sleeps 4 guests and is perfect for a couple or a couple with 2 small children. Minimum rental age of 25 strictly enforced.

This unit DOES NOT HAVE A FULL KITCHEN (NO STOVE) OR SEPARATE LIVING ROOM. The unit has 2 queen beds private full bath, med size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, & bistro table/chairs for enjoying your favorite beverage & snacks while watching the beautiful emerald green gulf. We have private balcony (also has a table & chairs) which you can see the awesome emerald green gulf. Perfect for a very inexpensive "get away" at the beach, you can't beat the price for being at the beach with "toes in sand".

This unit at Surfside Beach Resort has awesome views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Our awesome studio is a 'NON-SMOKING/NON-PET' unit and OUR ASSOCIATION POLICY PROHIBITS RENTALS TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS OLD.

Surfside is adjacent to Seascape Golf Course, very close to Silver Shells Designer Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Mall, cinemas, and many wonderful restaurants.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will receive a Full Refund. Reservations cancelled less than the 30 day requirement will receive a full refund only if the unit is re-booked for the same amount of days at the same price. Damage deposit will be refunded immediately upon cancellation. If owner can re-book part or all of the reserved dates, even if for a lower rate, that amount will be refunded promptly.

Great Honeymoon!

The condominium A/C unit went out the first night of our check in but, our wonderful hostess did her best to make up for it! Her hospitality allowed us to enjoy our stay throughout our entire honeymoon and we are beyond satisfied with our experience! This is a great destination for any vacation 10/10

Cozy Studio and Beautiful View

Wonderful relaxing stay! The studio was clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was perfect! The property owner was readily available when we had questions. Check-in was smooth and easy. Great stay! Book it for you next beach getaway!

Great place for BFF’s!

Me and my bff came here for a few days of relaxation and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning and peel and eat shrimp out there two nights listening to the waves. A very therapeutic get away for two 40+ mommas! Julie was attentive to our needs right away and was a pleasure to work with. We would stay here again.

Bathroom

The bathroom caulking needed to be fix and cleaned well there was a small hole on the ceiling. Not sure if it was mold or just old dirt on the shower doors.

A nice getaway for a decent price

I think this spot was a great find! Julie was amazing at communicating everything I needed to know. They even had a fan, dishes, and silverware in the room. I kind of wish i would've known that ahead of time but it was a nice suprise. It was about a 30 minute drive from the airport. And about 10 or 20 minute drive to places like crab island or the pier. Looking back on it i would've made sure i had either planned for some type of transportation or picked a location more local to the area . The lyfts cost $50each time 😅 It is right on the beach which is super nice. I loved the hotels amenities and being able to walk to get food so many places!

Property needs improvement

Property needs some renovations, first thing is ice machine there is only one little machine, they charge you for ice and the machine was off, change machine out of order, front desk has a sign saying, will not give change for vending machines or ice. Elevators two for whole property constantly over crowded and shutting down at check in and check out. Parking was also an issue, room was nice, you will get a roll of paper towels and toilet paper.. we made the best of it,

Everything was great about this property! The only thing that was very unclear was the check in process. We actually had to have other people help us. They told us to just wait until the morning. When getting up I went down and no one was still at the desk. We did not get the code or parking pass until that evening. However, I really have no complaints! The unit was very clean and the beach view was amazing!

First Destin Experience

No surprises. Quick response via text and email from owner. She was great. Only negative part of the trip was the check in. Very congested. Everyone checking in at same time. One way road into property cars could not turn into property due to line of traffic checking in and unloading. Need a better method of parking and checking in. Destin was nice but more congested than we like. In the future we will seek a more remote area of the gulf. Thanks.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!

The owner was so easy to talk to, property was clean and we loved how on the balcony we had a view of the ocean!! My family and I also really loved how the elevators weren’t crammed with a lot of people every time we tried to get to our room (other resorts we’ve previously stayed at consisted of us standing in line to get on the elevator for a long while sometimes). Over all, we absolutely loved it. Amazing stay and wonderful fast communication with the owners! It was honestly way better than some expensive rooms we’ve stayed at before. We’ll definitely be back.

Not quite what I expected

This is a spacious room with a great view but the rest of it was not impressive. The bed linens are very old and worn, same with the towels. The closet is very small and that is where the frig and microwave are located. The tub doesn't drain during showers so you are standing in water and it takes a long time to drain. The floor was very dirty and sandy. I used the broom in the closet to sweep it myself. Not many accessible electrical outlets and no iron /ironing board ( not in laundry area either). The remote for the tv worked half of the time. The private beach is very nice. The fitness area is pretty good size. I felt like it was a little over priced for what you get. We had other family staying at Surfside and their condo was much better.

Perfect Getaway

Just returned from a relaxing week in Destin :) (been going for 18 yrs now!) We know the area very well & this property is well kept & it's location is excellent. You're right on the beach yet still close to all the shopping & restaurants, etc... We've chosen this place several times over the years and we will definitely be back!

Most relaxing vacation EVER! The rental unit is spatious and exactly how it is pictured in the photos. Everything we needed was right there at the condo. Loved having the beach service that was included with the rental! Great unit for families. Balcony & view is breathtaking! The restaurant was fantastic!
