Detailed description – House Mate is located right by the beach. Contains big pool, beautiful garden (2000m2) and apartment with covered terraces equipped with garden furniture with breathtaking sea view. Apartment can accommodate 2 to 6 people and have a kitchen with dishwasher (dishes and utensils), refrigerator, living room with a double bed for 2 persons, TV-SAT, WIFI, air conditioning/heating, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. First bathroom is equipped with a shower and other one with bath tub. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe also. Apartment have his own entrance. Swimming spot is directly in front of the house with the character of a private beach which can be reached by private stairway. For thoose who prefer swimming pool, you can find one right in front of the house with stunning sea views available, loungers and umbrellas . You can also find a barbecue in front of the hose for free use. Secure parking is available in the courtyard. Avaliable boat mooring also.

A quiet place
A great holiday with few neighbours and a great view. Not a lot to do in the area, and a long drive to a larger town. But a wonderful quiet and relaxing place to stay. The apartment matched the pictures on the website and the host was very friendly.

Wunderschön und sehr empfehlenswert!
Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne, ruhige und erholsame Wochen. Die Ferienwohnung hat sich perfekt für 4 erwachsene Personen geeignet. Und hat nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu den Plitvicer Seen haben wir 2 h gebraucht. Ein einmaliges Naturereignis. Auf die Insel Pag kommt man in der Nähe mit einer Fähre. Nach Zrmanja sind wir ca. 1,5 h gefahren. Der Blick hat sich sehr gelohnt. Wir haben in Cesarica erste Angelerfahrungen sammeln können und sind sehr begeistert. Wir kommen wieder.

Super schöne Wohnung in traumhafter Lage mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Von der großzügigen Terasse und dem schönen überdachten Grillplatz eine großartige Aussicht auf das Meer und die Insel Pag. Nur ein paar Schritte zur betonierten halb-privaten Badetuch mit tollen Schnorchelbedingungen. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die bei allen Fragen mit ausgezeichnetem Englisch zur Verfügung stand. Rundum zufrieden, ein klasse Urlaub.

Helt fantastisk villa!
Fantastisk beliggende lejlighed, både den på 1. Sal og 2. Sal med en uforglemmelig 180 graders udsigt til hav, by og bjerge! Eneste minus var afstanden til indkøb på 50 min kørsel, så husk at handle stort ind inden i ankommer! Afstand til split lufthavn er ca 3 timer i bil men stedet er hele køreturen værd! 👌

Ideal für Ruhesuchende. Läden für kleine Einkäufe und Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe in Karlobag. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant „OK“.

Wunderschöne Lage
Ein idealer Ort zum Runterkommen, Erholen und Genießen. Die wunderschöne Lage und die ideale Ausstattung lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und offen für all´ unsere Fragen. Dank der Einkaufstipps konnten wir uns in Karlobag mit allem Wichtigen versorgen (Markthalle, Fischverkauf, Marktstände am Hafen) und erlebten wunderschöne Abende bei gutem Essen und Meerblick auf der Terrasse. Vielen Dank an Lana und ihre Familie!

Liegt sehr abgelegen, ich mag spazieren gehen gab keine Möglichkeit,da wir selbsversorger Waren,war bis zu nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit 6 Kilometer,diese Villa war absolut nicht mein Fall,meinem Mann hats gefallen vor allem bombastische Aussicht,für mich nicht wieder:

Top Lage
Sehr schön gelegen, absolute Ruhe. In Karlobag gibt es 3 kleine Supermärkte wo man fast alles bekommt außer frisches Obst und Gemüse. Zumindest in der Vorsaison (Juni) war das so. Etwas negativ war, dass es im Kinderzimmer etwas modrig gerochen hat und die Vermieter beim Check in eigentlich keine Zeit für uns hatten.

Alles Bestens!
Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Wir waren als Gruppe unterwegs und hatten beide Wohnungen gemietet und so das ganze Haus und den Pool für uns allein. Die Wohnungen sind super sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet, haben alles was man braucht und verfügen über wunderschöne, große Terrassen mit traumhaftem Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Pag. Über eine Treppe kommt man zum Meer mit eigener betonierter Badebucht. Josipa und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Traum Haus am A. der Welt. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht ist dort richtig. waren allerdings im Juni dort. Auto ist Pflicht. 45min. steile Bergstraße zum Supermarkt oder fast doppelt so Lang bis Zadar. In der Nähe gab es nur einen Minimarkt.

Schöne Bucht zum Schwimmen und Tauchen. Das Meer war sehr ruhig. In der näheren Umgebung gute Lokale zum Essen gehen.

Sehr schöne Villa mit Pool und nah am Meer
Wir waren im Haus Mate. Diese Woche war einfach genial. Ich kann wirklich in jedem Bereich 5 Sterne geben. Von der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit her TOP. Die Gastfreundschaft von Nikola und der ganzen Familie war einfach überragend. Der Ausblick und der Pool laden zu gemütlichen Stunden auf der Terrasse ein. Ich bin wirklich begeistert. We were in house mate. The whole week was amazing. I can give in each category a 5 stars rating. The house is in a good condition and also everything is clean. Nikola and his family is a great host and he really cares about you if you need something. In the evening you can sit on the terasse and enjoy the beautiful view with a glass of wine. During the day you have a really nice and clean pool directly in front of your house. The beach is only 1 min away (you have to walk stairs down. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed our holiday. The Rudelić family began its tourist history back in 2001 in the then undiscovered pearl of the northern Adriatic, the town of Cesarica with the house of Mate.

In 2007, the house Lana was opened in a quiet oasis in Ribarica, and in 2015 the youngest "hope" of this beautiful tourist tradition, the house Adriatik, opened its doors.

Why they chose this property

The first house of the Rudelić family is situated in the true oasis of peace in Cesarica.

The house was built and started with a lot of love and dreams. House Mate has two big apartments with big balconies which will be ideal sanctuary for a family in summer as well as in winter by the fireplace which will give you warmth during cold months.

This family property is situated by the private beach and only a few stairs separates the house from the beach.

However, this property which covers the area of about 3000m2 full of plants and flowers, has also got a pool with warm water for all those who wish to enjoy in absolute privacy with the view to mountain Velebit on one side and to the Sea bay on the other side below.
