Completely renovated for 2018, this 4 bedroom house has lovely views over the beautiful Norman countryside and has its own private lake. Downstairs can be let as an apartment for couples, with an-open plan living space with equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with surround sound. There is also a bedroom with en-suite bathroom at ground floor level. Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms, another bathroom and a separate toilet. Patio doors lead to a large sun terrace which is totally private. Because of the lake, the property is not suitable for small children. Dogs are welcome.

Endroit calme & paisible

Endroit formidable pour passer de bons moment en famille ou avec des amis. Bien situé pour visiter cette Normandie atypique pleine de surpises, de beauté. Un excellent séjour

Merci pour cet excellent séjour et votre gentillesse. La location est très agréable, spacieuse et joliment aménagée, au calme, à quelques kilomètres de la mer. Nous avons apprécié marcher sur ces grandes plages, avec peu de monde, et également de redécouvrir le Cotentin.

La maison et le jardin sont superbes et bien équipés.. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour. Endroit très au calme. Je recommande vivement.

Un merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans une maison bien aménagée, jolie, lumineuse et bien équipée (livres, jeux, équipements dans la cuisine). Nos interlocuteurs étaient charmants et disponibles pour répondre à nos interrogations pratiques et nous conseiller sur les visites dans le Cotentin. Et nous avons visité plein de choses chouettes dans les environs en plus des plages et de la pêche (corps de garde St Germain sur Ay, Regnéville, Montmartin, Coutainville, Portbail, Mont Castre, etc). La région est très belle, les plages font rêver, tant elles sont spacieuses. Et quelles couleurs le soir avec le coucher du soleil dans la nature ou sur l'eau. Un séjour enchanteur !!
