This reverse-level cottage rests in High Cogges near Witney and can sleep two people in one bedroom.
The Granary is a Grade II listed, reverse-level cottage in High Cogges near Witney. The property has one ground-floor double bedroom with an en-suite wet room, sleeping a total of two guests. On the first floor is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area with a woodburning stove. Outside is ample off-road parking for up to 2 cars as well as a large garden area with a lawn and furniture, plus woodland to explore with additional seating, a fire pit and a treehouse. EV charging available. The Granary is a tranquil countryside escape in Oxfordshire. Please note; This property is not suitable for small children.
Amenities: Air source heating with underfloor heating on ground floor and woodburning stove. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.. Off-road parking for 3-4 cars across both properties. Electric car charging point. Access to lawned area with furniture, surrounding woodland and treehouse. Please note - due to property size, suitable for only 1 pet dog. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.4, pub 1.2 miles. Note: There are two fixed pane windows that cannot be opened. Note: Treehouse is accessed via a wooden staircase, children should be supervised in the wood at all times. Note: There is a walkway joining this property with The Cart Shed (ref.1051267) which will be closed off if guests have booked The Granary only. Please note: The garden area is not enclosed. Please note this property is not suitable for small children. Please note: wooden staircase with quarter turns not suitable for elderly pets who might require lifting up them to access the sitting room/kitchen area.
