Villa Pinhal CleverDetails, Sleeps 8, Quiet area, Wifi, Pool, Air cond
Villa Pinhal is located in an extremely quiet area and about 15 minutes walk to Vilamoura marina. The villa has been completely remodelled with the aim of providing comfort, relaxation and rest to guests.
Traditional design, the fully equipped kitchen blends perfectly with the open space style dining room, thus managing to enjoy all the moments in conviviality. The living room has a fireplace and a stove offering the necessary warmth for colder nights, with direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning (cold and hot), double glazing and mosquito nets bringing moments of peace and harmony. It has electric shutters and an alarm system.
At the entrance is on our right the access to the living room, consisting of two sofas, two armchairs, fireplace with heat recovery and air conditioning, Smart TV with Netflix and Sky Sports, free channels from different countries (English, French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese). High speed fiber broadband and WiFi.
In front of us we have the modern open space style kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, combined fridge, wine cellar, mixer, hand blender, juicer citrus fruit.
The access to the dining room can be done through the kitchen or the living room and consists of a table, 6 chairs and a bench.
The four bedrooms are spacious, all with private bathrooms and equipped with air conditioning. The bathrooms are modern and full of character, with high quality materials and towel warmers.
Still on the ground floor we have a toilet and two en suite bedrooms:
Bedroom (Beje): Double bed, built-in wardrobe, sliding doors with mosquito net with access to the rear garden, air conditioning, safe. The private bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and hair dryer.
Bedroom (Green): Double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning. The private bathroom has an Italian shower, washbasin, toilet and hair dryer.
Going up to the 1st floor, we find a spacious terrace with panoramic view with outdoor furniture, it is an ideal place to welcome at dawn and have a refreshment at the end of the day.
Bedroom (Yellow): Double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, safe, sliding doors with mosquito net with access to the terrace, air conditioning. The private bathroom has an Italian shower, bathtub, double washbasin, toilet and hair dryer.
Bedroom (Gray): Two single beds, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning. The private bathroom has an Italian shower, washbasin, toilet and hair dryer.
In the lower ground floor we have an ideal space for socializing with family or friends, football table, darts, books, sofa, Smart TV, NETFLIX, DVD player and movies.
For the little ones, the house offers a fun space with games, chalkboard, travel cot, dining chair, toys. To make life easier for dads with luggage, the house has available cot, high chair and a buggy.
Still in the basement, we have a laundry room with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board.
Outside, the pool has dimensions 3.9m x 7.8m, the depth is between 95cm - 210cm, and access is by roman steps, with poolside shower. At the rear of the house we have a small garden with a small children's swing and a charcoal BBQ, two armchairs for a moment of reading. In the pool area there are 4 sunbeds, table and chairs.
A private parking space is available.

Application of the Municipal Tourist Tax (City Tax):
Exemptions from the Municipal Tourist Tax (City Tax): Guests under the age of 16 (sixteen), excluding the birthday date. Guests who fall ill during their stay or are subject to a physical impediment, requiring inpatient medical care, as well as in cases of force nature, natural disasters, or other similar situations.
Tax Amount:
From 1st April to 31st October, the municipal tourist tax is €2.00 per person, per night.

All of our self catering villas and apartments have a Municipal Rental Licence (AL) which includes fire safety equipment and electricity and gas inspection. IMPORTANT: Check in from 16:00h until 18:00h. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed by CleverDetails. There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 18:00h: between 18:00h and 24:00h - 35 euros; between 24:00h and 01:00h - 50 euros; between 01:00h and 09:00h - 100 euros (subject to availability). The client must have a minimum age of 25 years old to be able to book accommodation with CleverDetails, Lda., throughout the all stay a person with a minimum age of 25 years old should remain in the accommodation.
