In the district of Chamberí, bordering on Malasaña and Chueca, this apartment is close to the trendiest shopping area in the city, stretching from calle Fuencarral, a large pedestrian avenue home to an array of fashion stores and lovely cafés, and culminating in the iconic Gran Vía. It is also close to calle Sagasta and the Glorieta de Bilbao square. Very well connected by bus and metro to all major sites in the city. A neighborhood that both locals and tourists enjoy.

The apartment:

A classy, tasteful apartment located in a fully refurbished building with a lift and a concierge.

It can accommodate up to 4 people and it comes with two bedrooms, both provided with a double bed and a wardrobe. One room has a large window overlooking the street, while the other has a window to the interior patio. Perfect for two couples or two work colleagues. The bathroom, spacious and comfortable, is equipped with a bathtub.

The apartment stands out for its distinctive elegance, top quality finishes and tasteful décor.

The eye-catching kitchen is right by the entrance: it comes with a handy central island and it’s integrated in the living room, which has a comfortable sofa and two large windows overlooking the street.

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 that has to be paid in cash.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with a call service. On the day of your check-in you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival in order to coordinate the delivery of the keys.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
