The apartment:
The apartment is located on the second floor of a beautifully renovated building with a large and modern elevator with disabled access. Decorated with 1950s-inspired designer furniture and well-chosen iconic replicas, it has marble floors, underfloor heating, home automation-controlled air conditioning in all rooms and high-quality insulation. The vibrant colours of the decor, combined with wood, rugs and curtains, give the space a warm atmosphere.
Accommodating up to 5 people, it has 2 bedrooms and 1 en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom has a single bed. Both have comfortable built-in wardrobes.
The living/dining room is equipped with a double sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The bathroom has a large shower.
A cot is available upon request, with a maximum of 5 days\' notice.
The switch from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the switch from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
