Latina Terrace VI apartment in Madrid

This apartment is located in the city centre, just a few metres from the La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, as well as completely innovative ones. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to do some shopping at the Rastro, a very varied open-air market.

The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift.
As you enter, you can enjoy a tastefully decorated living room equipped with a sofa bed, and a nice seating area next to a dining area. To the left is the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything you need to cook. This area has access to a very pleasant terrace.
The sleeping area has four double bedrooms, three of which have a double bed, and one with two single beds.
It has a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

There is Wi-Fi, heating and partial air conditioning in the living room.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within about 150 metres of the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Central heating schedule (only during the winter, November-May) from 1pm to 11pm.

Accessing the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted vehicle access. Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
