Located in one of the most charming neighbourhoods of Madrid, the Las Letras (Huertas) neighbourhood, it stands out for its characteristic architecture of the city and an unbeatable location, a pedestrian area with numerous establishments, restaurants, museums and different activities offered by the city, in short, an international and cosmopolitan atmosphere.

The apartment:

This 60 m² apartment is located on the first floor inside a building without a lift that can accommodate up to 6 people and has been completely renovated, designed to offer the best quality to its occupants.

A warm and very bright environment distributed in a double bedroom, a room with two single beds, a cosy living-dining room with a sofa bed next to the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for cooking and appliances, as well as a full bathroom with a shower.

It has Wi-Fi internet and partial air conditioning for heating and cooling.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access for motor vehicles. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
