The apartment:

A renovated two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate 6 people. Spacious and cosy, it has been decorated with great care to ensure maximum comfort.

The kitchen, living room and dining room are integrated into a single space with two street-facing balconies, with insulating windows that provide optimal protection against noise, and slatted blinds to safeguard privacy. The kitchen has a very convenient layout and is fully equipped. The living room has a sofa bed, a single leather armchair, and a TV.
Bright and spacious rooms, where you can appreciate the original structure of the house.
The master bedroom has a double bed, overlooks an inner courtyard and has a large wardrobe with a mirror to store all your belongings.
The other bedroom has a single trundle bed that converts into a double bed, and also has a good wardrobe. It also overlooks an inner courtyard, to ensure the tranquillity of the tenants.

The bathroom has a spectacular design and is equipped with a large shower.

All rooms have air conditioning.

The property is equipped with Wi-Fi.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR, which must be paid in cash.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with a call service. On the day of your check-in you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival in order to coordinate the delivery of the keys.

Mit House is not responsible for any delay in accessing the apartment if this prior process has not been carried out.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL area with restricted vehicle access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
