Located in the charming La Latina neighbourhood, famous for its lively social life, a wide variety of culture and numerous places of interest. There are many excellent restaurants offering traditional Spanish cuisine, some of which date back over a hundred years. Places of interest such as the Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral and a long list of museums, cinemas and theatres are just a short walk away.
This comfortable and modern apartment is located in a fully renovated 1950s building and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a large shower within the bedroom itself. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds and a single bedroom, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room.
The bathrooms have large built-in showers and towel warmers. There is air conditioning throughout and independent heating to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable stay at any time of year.

Accessing the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL area with restricted vehicle access. Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
