This apartment is located right in the centre of Madrid, between the Austrias and Latina neighbourhoods, in the oldest and most beautiful part of the city. It enjoys an excellent location on the Plaza de Cascorro with Calle Duque de Alba, just metres from the Mercado de la Cebada, Calle Toledo and Plaza Mayor. The Rastro, a traditional open-air market, is held on Sundays in the vicinity of the apartment. On this day, traffic is closed until midday.
Latina is a must-visit neighbourhood in Madrid. It is one of the most authentic places in the city, with tapas bars and restaurants and many places of artistic interest. Strolling through its little streets is a real delight. From this area, it is very easy to reach the Prado Museum, the Thyssen Museum or the Botanical Garden on a pleasant walk.
The apartment:
The apartment is located on the second floor of a recently renovated (2016) building with a lift, which retains its original aesthetics: it has only 5 apartments, all characterized by a traditional style and a lot of charm.
The apartment has been renovated to seek the comfort and modernity of the spaces, also taking advantage of its great brightness. It can accommodate 7 people distributed in 3 bedrooms, one with a large window overlooking the square and the other two with windows facing the interior. There are two full bathrooms and an additional toilet.
The decoration stands out in the purest boho chic style, the colourful furniture combined with ethnic touches, the wallpaper and the natural materials that will captivate the apartment\'s guests.
The living room with integrated kitchen is very spacious: it has 3 large windows with a balcony overlooking the Plaza de Cascorro and a comfortable sofa bed.
The apartment has Internet, Smart TV, soundproof windows and air conditioning in all the main rooms.

Please note that leaving rubbish in the apartment is not allowed. You will be charged €50 if you leave more than two rubbish bags in the apartment. Therefore, we ask you to take out the rubbish the night before your departure.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access for road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
