Olavide III apartment in Madrid

Located in a characteristic building in the Chamberí neighbourhood, a highly sought-after area for being central and away from the hustle and bustle of the oldest part of the city. A very safe residential area surrounded by everything needed for a perfect stay, whether for work or with family or friends. This is a recently fully renovated building with restored and equipped apartments with the latest technology.

The building has a lift and an interior courtyard. To access the lift, it is necessary to climb a short flight of steps, as is common in old buildings. For its remodelling, an aesthetic and practical criterion has been applied spectacularly, resulting in a beautiful and very comfortable accommodation.

The Apartment:

With capacity for four people, this is a perfect apartment. Decorated in line with the latest trends in furniture or wall or floor design: French-style wooden furniture, very elegant striped wallpaper for the bedrooms, light grey tones and pastel colours.

Kitchen or bathroom with the latest in design, seeking elegance, practicality and the best equipment. The kitchen is incorporated into the living room to make the most of the space, and a high bar is used as a dining area with designer stools. The living room with a comfortable double sofa bed is equally bright and has a balcony with insulating windows to avoid noise and maintain the temperature.

The bedroom is of a good size, also with a nice balcony and large built-in wardrobes. The apartment has internet, Smart TV, and all the equipment that may be needed. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park about 50 metres from the apartment.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

Discrepo de otras reseñas que he leído. Mi experiencia ha sido totalmente satisfactoria. La aplicación para acceder al apartamento funciona de maravilla. Eso sí, la obligación del inquilino es leer e informase sobre las condiciones y normas a seguir, las cuales por su parte son totalmente correctas. La atención telefónica previa a mi llegada por dudas que tenía fue rápida y de gran ayuda. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy limpio y contaba con todo lo necesario para el uso del mismo. La devolución de la fianza también fue puntual y correcta. Por último destacar su buena ubicación.

Nice stay

Location and neighborhood are perfect, stayed 1 month for work and enjoyed a nice period. Apartment is ok, well furnished with the basics. Super communications with customer care. Television is aged. Carpet ask to be washed.
