Olavide XVI apartment in Madrid

Located in the Chamberí neighbourhood, one of the most traditional and favourite areas of Madrid. In a recently fully renovated old building with the best quality and the greatest elegance. Simply perfect.

Entering the building is a delight. Its decoration has been carried out with all the details, trying to preserve the old and valuable and incorporating the latest technology. In the entrance there is an elegant hall with stairs up to the lift.

The Apartment:

Designed with 3 clear premises: comfort, practicality and aesthetics. This is a 3-bedroom apartment where the spaces have been maximised so that each room is always pleasant. The living room is spacious and has a dining table and a large double sofa bed facing the latest technology smart TV and 3D. The kitchen, at the entrance next to the living room, is very practical and fully equipped. Behind the living room is the hallway that distributes the three bedrooms, all with capacity for 2 people. For the first two, both with a window overlooking a bright interior courtyard, a latest design of a bunk/loft bed has been chosen, which allows for 2 beds, one on top of the other or just one if kept unopened. Very comfortable and safe. The master bedroom at the end of the hallway has the second bathroom incorporated, also with a modern and spacious shower. The bedroom with a double bed has windows overlooking a fabulous and very quiet light well. The apartment has another bathroom with the same characteristics as the previous one. High-speed independent internet included in the price.

Nice Place

We were looking for a clean, quiet, and easy to use apartment and MIT house delivered. The app worked superbly at unlocking the doors on command. This neighborhood has a few local eateries that are fine when needed, a nearby pharmacy and drug store and is but a 10 minute cab ride or a 35 minute walk to the major sites.

Stay in Chamberi

The piso was very well equipped and in a great location near transportation, restaurants, bars and parking. The unit was clean and perfect for our family of 6. If I had to complain about one thing, it is that the unit smells like smoke, however, it was advertised as allowed smoking.
