Located in the famous Plaza of the same name, it is the perfect place for those who want to stay in the historic and tourist centre of the city. Although surrounded by the most central metro stations, living in this studio does not require taking the metro. Just a few minutes\' walk away are the most prominent museums (Reina Sofía, Prado, Thyssen), the main tourist sites such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, Gran Vía -where the major cinemas and theatres are also located- and the neighbourhoods with the most lively nightlife and culture such as La Latina.

The Apartment

Although the options outside are more than tempting to spend the day strolling, this studio will do its part so that resting and staying at home after so much walking is also a great plan. It is a delicate, simple and warm space with everything you need to feel comfortable. The apartment has a very comfortable double bed. Ideal for making use of the high-speed internet connection or, why not, watching a movie on the flat-screen TV. And if cooking is on the agenda, the custom-made ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is located on the third floor without a lift.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL area with restricted vehicle access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
