Its location is perfect as it is just steps away from the Antón Martín metro station, which is the one used for the Barrio de Las Letras, Atocha or Reina Sofía. From the apartment you can walk to all the city\'s museums, to Atocha station in 5 minutes, and also very close to Puerta del Sol or Plaza Mayor.

The Apartment:

This spacious and bright 75-square-metre apartment has a magazine-style design and has been prepared so that your stay in it is a real luxury in quality and comfort.

It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 6 people.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed available.

It is a luxury to find a home as well-equipped and with such a carefully designed as this one, where the materials have been selected with great detail and taste. We particularly highlight the choice of hexagonal hydraulic floors in grey tones combined with spectacular wooden floors and exposed brick on the back wall with its wooden beams that highlight the antiquity of the property. In contrast, there are modern bets such as the fully equipped kitchen, the white-toned bathrooms with unique tiles, or the Nordic-style geometric murals in the bedrooms.

The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms with built-in heating.

TVs in each room and a smart TV in the living room, as well as all kinds of details in the equipment that will make your stay unforgettable.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard
