Cortijo Higueras Cómpeta by Ruralidays

Villa situated a private 2700-meter estate, in the town of Competa, with fabulous views over the Natural Park of Sierra Tejeda and Almijara, in the region of La Axarquía, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.

This holiday home is divided into a huge dining-living room with fireplace that shares space with a completely equipped open kitchen. It also has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, one with two single beds and the third with three single beds, in addition to a bathroom with shower and an independent toilet. The house is provided with ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, as well as electric radiators.

The house is provided with all the facilities, included mosquito nets on windows, a spectacular 150 meter-wide terrace, and a precious swimming pool, from which you will see the towns of Competa and Canillas de Albaida and the peak of La Maroma. In the outdoor area, you will also find an enormous barbecue area and a 400 meter-wide parking.

The access to the house is completely paved, except for the last 200 meters.

Er stak regelmatig een wind op en de temperatuur was gevoelsmatig vrij laag door de bewolking en de wind. Omdat het huis gelegen is in een bregachtig gebied was het niet altijd zonnig. Super vakantiehuis op een geweldige plek! Zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse met Engels sprekende zoon. Het huis binnen heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De ruimte er omheen is heerlijk. Zon, schaduw, zwembad, leuke zitjes en een prachtig uitzicht. Het dorpje Competa is een charmant dorpje. Het is vlakbij en heeft een goede ijszaak en een paar leuke restaurantjes. Taberna Teteria Hierbabuena Restaurante vonden we vooral heel leuk!! Alles bij elkaar een van de leukste/beste vakantiehuizen die we ooit gehad hebben! Sterk aan te bevelen!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer angenehmen Höhe mit tollem Klima. Die Aussicht auf Competa und die umliegenden Berge sind ein Highlight. Das Ferienhaus ist überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kümmern sich darum, dass alles in einem tadellosen Zustand ist. Nur die Fahrt zum Strand über die Bergstraßen ist etwas mühsam, sehr kurvenreich und für Menschen, denen solche Autofahrten zu schaffen machen, eher kritisch. Dafür wird man mit absoluter Ruhe und einem noch recht authentischen Dorf/Region entlohnt. Wir möchten uns bei Ihnen nochmals ganz herzlich für den sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Ferienhaus bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Landschaft, das schöne Anwesen und die Region genossen. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, wie sehr Sie Ihr Haus pflegen, wie gut es eingerichtet ist und man merkt, dass Ihnen das Wohl Ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, mal wieder Ihr Haus zu buchen. Herzlichen Dank nochmals und viele Grüße aus Deutschland!

Wunderschöne Finca in einer traumhaft schönen Umgebung mit einem schönen Pool und einer fantastischen Aussicht. Der nächste Ort Competa ist sehr schnell mit den Auto zu erreichen und ein kleiner sehr netter Ort mit Flair und gemütlichen Lokalen. Malga ist eine großartige Stadt und auch Granada mit der Alhambra ist unbedingt ein Besuch wert. Die nächsten Strände sind ca 40 min entfernt. Ein Auto ist notwendig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

Es la casa perfecta, buscábamos tranquilidad y estar solos. Las vistas son impresionantes tanto de día como de noche. A la casa no le faltaba un detalle y la piscina y barbacoa las hemos disfrutado mucho. Vienen a hacer el mantenimiento de la piscina para que todo estuviera estupendo. Ha sido una experiencia muy buena, me daba un poco de miedo el camino de subida por la montaña, porque no estoy acostumbrada, pero a la tercera vez ya íbamos fenomenal. Volveremos seguro.
