4 Arthur Terrace is a charming terraced cottage resting in the lovely village of Penmachno, Wales. Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen, a utility, and a living/dining room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is an enclosed tiered three-level garden with patio and seating, and a raised deck with a picnic bench, along with roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis, and free parking in a local car park accessible from the garden gate. 4 Arthur Terrace is a wondrous property to enjoy a rural retreat to the Snowdonia National Park. Please note: This property only accepts bookings with a minimum of 3 nights. Property only accepts one booking per week.
Amenities: Electric heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, slim-line dishwasher. Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and initial basket of logs inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Offroad free parking at the rear of the property. Enclosed tiered garden with patio with seating and elevated decking with picnic bench. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels; dogs only allowed on ground floor. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 mile. Note: Due to the nature and age of the cottage the stairs are a little steeper than normal - not suitable for those guests who may find stairs challenging and young children should be supervised. Note: The terraced garden is on three levels accessed by steps, children and pets to be supervised and care to be taken. Note: Double bed in second bedroom is accessed from one side only. Note: There are seven stone steps up to the front door. Please note: This property only accepts bookings with a minimum of 3 nights
