This serviced apartment offers a self-catered stay with all the comforts of home. Offers one bedroom with two single beds and a second bedroom with a double bed, and 2 sofa beds, an open-plan kitchen and dining area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, flat-screen smart TV with Sky, complete WiFi services, and much more.
This two-bedroom accommodation is in a great location, within walking distance of everything! In addition, our cleaning is upon request for more extended stays with fresh towels and linen.
Entry to the properties is via self-check-in for a contact-free arrival. In addition, there is FREE overnight parking. You can arrive whenever it’s convenient for you using self-check-in.

This property is clean, modern, and bright; it has been decorated and furnished to a high standard with all the amenities you would expect from a hotel. Entry to the property is through self-check-in via lockbox to ensure no direct contact with anyone.
House Manual is provided in the apartment with details of local attractions and amenities, WiFi code, how to use the shower, etc.
Parking: You would need to go into the house, get the parking permit, and put it in your car. Parking is free overnight- 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
PARKING PERMIT
Do you need a parking permit during your stay in our apartment? Please advise as soon as possible if you require the permit and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Just be mindful to return the parking permit upon your checkout.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT
Subject to availability and extra cost, check-in can be brought forward to 2:00 PM and check-out extended to 12:00 PM. If this is requested, please advise us as soon as possible so that we have time to reschedule housekeeping. Payment in advance will be required via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
IMPORTANT
Our properties are protected by TRUVI, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators, and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rental space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.

INSTRUCTION: There is a master keybox just around the corner from the metre box by the front door containing the front door key. Use the dial to set the numbers and press the black lever on the left-hand side down. The flap will drop forward towards you, revealing the key inside the box. The keys will be available for you at the apartment after 4:00 PM. Please keep hold of the keys for the duration of your stay.
PARKING: A £50 deposit fee for the parking permit is required via bank transfer or credit/debit card. You would need to go into the house and get the parking permit and put it in your car. Parking is free overnight - 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please return the permit after using it for future guests' use. At the end of your stay, please lock the front door and put the keys back in the box.

I am a family man, bringing up 3 children with my wife. We both live and work in Buckinghamshire. My first job was a trainee accountant and to this day, I still work as a professional accountant. My wife is a nurse. Throughout both of our careers, we have worked with many different people, from seniors to juniors and others from outside our specialities. For our private holiday breaks and for work, we have travelled extensively throughout the world and we have stayed in many different types of accommodation and have experienced many different levels of service and hospitality.
