This villa has absolutely everything you will need to enjoy a wonderful holiday and is finished to a very high standard. From the expansive decked pool area to the sunset BBQ terrace (where you can relax in the hot tub), Villa Prestige has something for everyone. The villa is large with many different areas to enjoy, this guarantees that you won't get on top of each other, even with a large group. This villa comes highly recommended and you should enjoy it with your friends and family.

At Villa Prestige we want you to be looked after and catch up on a little bit of luxury on your holiday. From the moment Yasin / host meets you on site and shows you all of the villa's amenities; you can be sure of a holiday to remember.

Pool:
The pool is 7m long and 5m wide 1,50 m deep and is heated(not included renting price)
The pool is cleaned and checked every day

Furnishing:
Each guest gets a towel, a shower towel and a pooltowel The towels may only be used in the villa In each room there is a hairdryer ,handsoap and toilet paper In the kitchen there are all the utensils you need in everyday life plates, pans, pots, coffee maker, cutlery, sugar, salt, water, spices, glasses, cups, tea towels, dish soap, garbage bags, toaster juicers and much more
The villa is equipped with a washing machine dryer iron dishwasher. Detergents are provided

All rooms and spaces are equipped with air conditioning

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 am. In some cases, if there is no booking for the next day, we can make exceptions after consultation. Otherwise the times must be observed.Each guest is personally welcomed by me in the villa and I am also there when checking out.

Damage Deposit:
The guest must bring a damage deposit of £300 in cash.
After check-out, this will be paid out in cash again if everything is in order.
We want to protect ourselves against major damage. Broken glasses and plates do not apply.

self catering villa:
This villa is a self catering accommodation and not a hotel. All the utensils that we have provided you with, as well as water, toilet paper, coffee, etc., must be bought again yourself

Airport/Transfer
We offer a transfer service. The advantage is that all drivers know our location and there is a smooth transfer. every guest is free to come to the villa themselves but if you want a transfer you can ask me.

Great location, well stocked amenities.

Went with a party of 5, Somewhat tricky to spot the entrance. The host welcomed us, however communication wasn't great thereafter. Let me start off by saying, this property is in a great location, good distance from local attractions. It has a lovely view from the ground and higher floors. There is a master suite downstairs (pool/hot tub level), the kitchen/diner on the ground floor, three bedrooms on the first floor and another en-suite at the top. Cannot fault the property in terms of amenities. It has (almost) everything we could have needed. We did not spend much time at the villa as we were out and about majority of the stay. The property is somewhat tired. Tthe AC worked great. All of the showers/baths had issues (besides the top floor which we did not try) I went with my 6 months old infant, I would not recommend using the travel cot at this property if needed. In this, the host was really unhelpful as he provided the cot without the mattress and suggested that is how it is used in Turkey (It is not). He then suggested we should have brought one with?? No solution was offered and we had to use blankets from different rooms which was insufficient. Due to babies poor sleep, this made the stay slightly uncomfortable for us all. Overall, if these fixable issues are worked on, I wouldn't mind returning. Cant fault the location or the view.

Clean, tidy, and beautiful place

The villa is big enough for big groups and no issue with privacy. Well organized. The host was very professional, helpful, and prompt. I’d stay here again.

Perfect holiday!

We had the most amazing two weeks staying at the villa prestige. The villa was spotless, spacious and provided everything you could ask for. We quickly felt at home and Yasin was always available to answer any questions we had. He kindly arranged transfers to and from the villa and provided contact details for taxis when going out on different day trips. The pool was a welcome relief from the sun and the kids were happy that inflatables had been left at the property so they could start having fun as soon as we arrived. The villa is very private and secure and we felt safe and relaxed during our stay. The views are incredible and although only a short walk or taxi drive from the main strip the location is quiet and relaxing. Before arriving we had planned lots of days out but didn't get around to everything as we were more than happy to spend our time at the villa and on days we did go out we went early morning and we're eager to return to enjoy the facilities. On the day of departure we had a late flight so Yasin allowed us to leave our suitcases at the villa so that we could go out and enjoy our last day in Hisaronu and then we were able to pick up our things before heading the airport. We were all very sad to leave and we hope to return in the future.

Villa Prestige

The owner Yasin is very responsive to any problems and will attempt to fix or repair. He also has other villas to rent, will arrange transfers and has a private boat for rent. Spacious villa with plenty of room for everyone, furnishings of good quality with a great kitchen supplied with plenty of utensils, china and quality appliances, air con is good, with three tvs and PlayStation comes with good range of games,dvds and books The external area has plenty of sun lounges and a swing seat, with the pool and whirlpool being warm enough to enjoy. Unfortunately there are some problems: 1. The barbecue, the day bed and the welcome pack mentioned in the description were all missing. 2. There was about nine minor repairs that had not been reported by the previous renters that needed attested to. 3. But the biggest problem for me was the pool pump/filtration system does not run all day and is only intermittent due to this type of installation. 4. The external lighting, pool lighting and whirlpool pool lighting is not synchronised, even through the owner tried to remedy this. So yes a nice spacious villa with a very helpful owner but could do with some changes to make it a great villa.

Villa in hisarnou

The villa was very spacious modern and well equipped. The sofas and beds were comfortable. The pool area was clean and the pool and jacuzzi fun to use. Yasin was very accommodating and could arrange excursions. Although the villa was modern it had some small maintenance issues.

Great Villa

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. It has 5 bedrooms and had plenty of room for the 7 people in our party. The villa is very well equipped. Yasin, our host was exceptionally helpful. We were particularly grateful that he allowed us to stay late on our leaving day to accommodate a late flight. Recommend asking Yasin to arrange airport transfers as other drivers struggle to find the address and Google Maps takes you to the wrong location. We took taxis rather than walk as the roads are not all finished and would be dangerous for the toddler in our party. Taxis are cheap and come quickly although you are better calling the office than using the pole mounted call button. Overall, excellent and I would certainly rent this villa again.

Lovely villa in a stunning part of Turkey

We had a great stay here and loved Oludeniz and the surrounding area. Yasin was easy to get hold of for any issues and took us on a fabulous day out on his yacht - definitely a highlight for us to see parts of the coast that others don't. While we were there it was my daughter's birthday and Yasin helped organise (and pay for) a personalised cake - a lovely extra touch. We'd definitely recommend the villa which is about 5 mins in a taxi from Oludeniz, taxis were cheap and plentiful so a car isn't essential. Some of the taxi drivers were a bit white-knuckle in their driving so be warned! Don't miss the lagoon in Oludeniz, just gorgeous, wish we'd found it sooner! Clear waters, water sports for those that want it and good restaurants overlooking the lagoon. We also went to the Orka World theme park with our teens which they loved and spent hours on the water slides while we sunbathed and read books! Perfect for all of us and good for younger children too. We'd never been to Turkey before but will definitely go back.

Gorgeous Villa

We are all pleased with our villa, it was absolutely everything we needed under 1 roof, however I think October was not the right time for Dalaman we only had days that were warm and the evenings were cold. We could not use the swimming pool so that was disappointing for the kids, however they made use of the hot tub, sauna & Hamam. The host Yasir was really helpful & always attended to our needs even as far as ordering our takeaways as there was a language barrier.

🌟Black Marlin Villa ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We actually upgraded to another of the owner Yasin properties,The Black Marlin Villa ( also on home away website) so my review is for that Villa. The owner Yasin in very friendly, polite and professional - nothing is too much trouble, any queries answered and sorted right away. His very high standards of interior finishings make this a very luxurious Villa experience. There is everything you could ever need in plentiful supply! The WiFi coverage is excellent throughout. There are ample seating areas on all levels for outdoor dining/ fantastic swing seats to relax in the shade. The pool area is large with lots of padded sunbeds, and large pool with jacuzzi. The most important thing is that you are not overlooked at all by anyone as very private due to high fences and beautiful landscaped gardening throughout! The property also benefits from high locked gate and security alarm system. The location is perfect - 10 minute walk from strip, yet you feel like you are in your own private paradise once gate shut!! Will most definitely be returning to another of Yasin's properties next year! Highly recommended Host who invests in his guests having the best experience!

Luxus Villa review

We have just completed an 11 night stay at this lovely villa. We booked this property as my wife and I were both 70 this year and wanted to take our family away for a nice holiday together. The villa is exactly as described on the HomeAway website and Yasin, the owner, was easy to contact and deal with. All our questions were answered fully and transfers to and from the airport smoothly arranged. There were 6 adults and 4 grandchildren in our party aged from 4 months up to 5. This was the first time we had arranged accommodation with a Turkish owner, having always used British owners previously. Any concerns we may have had were instantly dispelled. Yasin speaks excellent English and was most attentive to our needs even arranging for a masseur to visit the villa. The property is well maintained and beautifully constructed. Aircon is absolutely everywhere and coped easily with the July/August heat. The weather, by the way, was stunning. On arrival Yasin showed us around explaining the entry and alarm systems, the sauna, hammam and interior features. A refrigerator was stocked with soft drinks and a large hamper provided with all sorts of goodies - very nice. The villa is superbly appointed and our whole family wanted for nothing within the property. The villa is about a 15 minute stroll from Hisaronu or a 10 minute walk. You do have to cross a couple of busy-ish roads to get into town but it is all very doable. Just down the slope from the villa is a Hisaronu Taxis call point and, having young children in pushchairs, we invariably took a cab into town and back in the evenings. Being regular visitors to the area, my wife and I would often walk when we were on our own but always got a taxi back. Taxi fares are very reasonable with the cost being around £3 for 4 adults and three children on laps. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend this villa to adult or mixed groups. The facilities are excellent and Yasin goes out of his way to ensure you have a hassle free stay. I hope we will return soon.

Fabulous stay!

We have just returned back from this incredible villa. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and arrived late in the night to the villa where we were greeted by the lovely Yasin who showed us around the villa and explained everything to us. He had even decorated the villa for our honeymoon and bought a delicious cake for us, it was a lovely surprise! The villa is very big over 4 floors and is equipped with everything you could need. We received a hamper basket with lots of good treats inside and the cupboards were stocked with food. There were also water coolers so we could have nice chilled water everyday. The pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and hot tub are all fabulous and really made the experience luxurious, also loved the rainfall showers! The villa is in a perfect location, just a short taxi ride to Oludeniz beach and the blue lagoon. One of the best things is that you only have to walk a short distance to the end of the road where there is a button you can press on the lamppost which will send a taxi over to you within minutes! We thought that was a really good idea, and there are a lot of them all over the area. Also hisaronu town is only a 10 min walk from the villa and is packed full of nice restaurants and shops and also has a lively nightlife. Overall i really loved this experience and would definitely stay here again, we are both planning to come back soon with our families to make use of all the rooms! Yasin also organised a transfer to and from the airport which was greatly appreciated, he was really so helpful and a wonderful host. Can't wait to come back soon.

Lieber Herr Cakin, danke für die tolle Zeit in ihrem Haus. Es war hervorragend, Super Einrichtung, Super Pool, das wurde jeden Tag gewartet das Wasser wurde getestet. Sauber gemacht. Die Zimmer waren Sauber, Kühlschrank wurde vom Vermieter voll gemacht ohne zusatz Kosten. Die Grill Ecke ist ein Traum. Playstaion Zimmer, fast in allen Zimmer Tv mit Deutschen Kanal. Herr Cakin wir werden höchstwahrscheinlich uns nächstes Jahr wieder sehen.

Fantastic villa

Eleven of us have just returned from this lovely villa, it's the best equipped villa we have ever been to and we were very grateful for the free chilled water and a well stocked hamper on arrival. They really have thought of everything. The decor is lovely and there was plenty of room for us all. The outside areas and pool are so good you don't want to leave. Walking to Hisaronu was easy although if you have mobility issues it would be hard but taxis are cheap. You can catch the dolmus to get to Oki Deniz and it takes about 10 minutes and you're at the beach. Kate, who mananges the villa was very helpful and nothing was a bother for her, she organised taxis and a boat trip for us and her local knowledge was invaluable. We have no hesitation in recommending the villa and if we return to this area again, we would definitely stay here.

A beautiful villa but not what it said on the box

We stayed in Lunar Villa May 2017. It was for a family birthday celebration. We booked this villa because it stated on the homeaway website that it had a heated pool, a hot tub and a games room. We thought the children might welcome these extra's if the weather wasn't too hot. As it happens the first four days of our holiday it was cool and raining. Unfortunately the pool heating didn't work and was known not to work by the handyman and the hot tub only managed to get to a tepid 30 degrees. Not warm enough to sit in. There was no games room or pool table!! There was no response from the owner regarding these problems!!

Stunning luxury villa everything you could ask for

Spectacular luxury villa with everything and more that you could need, the owner has thought of everything. Spotlessly clean, fabulous pool ad pool lounge area (cleaned daily), great electronic tv/music/games system, really fast internet, spacious rooms, beautiful décor - a perfect retreat and it was difficult to rear ourselves away. The owner was especially helpful through the booking and answered quickly our queries and his villa manager, Feray, looked after us waiting up til midnight to show us around the villa on our arrival and she arranged transfers for us. Happily recommend to anyone and we shall certainly be returning. Beautiful villa, great location, wonderful country.

we have just had the most amazing week at this villa ,thre were ten of us including two children, everything went fantastic, we were meet for transfer from airport to villa by great taxi man who supplied us with cold drinks and sweets for the children,we arrived being meet by a lovely housekeeper who showed us round and looked after us for the week ,,,the villa was so amazing , space for everyone ,,the pool was just fantastic ,,could not get the kids out ,,wonderfull area ,will with no doubt return ,very clean and great places to eat ,taxi and bus services fantastic , would recommend to everyone ,perfect , only downside was that we only had a week and did not want to leave , in fact my daughters wanted to tie there selves to the pool steps and claim squatters rights ,thank you for a great 50th birthday enjoyed by all xx

The perfect place to relax and enjoy yourselves

We had a really amazing time at this villa. We were there towards the end of the season and couldn't recommend it more to people. The time of year is perfect for going for walks or spending the day at the beach. It wasn't too hot and we were able to use the amazing garden to sunbathe and relax in. The villa is massive, really big. There was so much room for us all and loads of different places to spend time together or alone in. My favourite place was the living room downstairs. Had a really lovely energy. There wasn't one thing we needed or wanted whilst we were there. Pure bliss. We will definitely return.

Top Notch Villa

This villa is really excellent, incredibly spacious, decorated with great style and sits on a hill with stunning mountain views. Everything was top notch and I cannot think of one thing we needed. We hired a car via the owner as we dined out in nearby Fethiye, Faralya and Kayakoy. It was the first week in November and the beach restaurants of Olu Deniz were already shut. We also cooked a lot, the kitchen is fantastic and the markets in Fethiye supply excellent local produce and fish straight from the Mediterranean . We enjoy hiking and walked daily on the Lycian Way and also visited the old Greek village of Kayakoy. Overall ten out of ten, even for the weather, we would love to visit again someday.

Superb Villa with stunning views

If you enjoy holidaying with family and friends but also enjoy your own space this villa is a must. There are so many seating areas that there is always somewhere to find a quiet 5 mins, even the pool area has ten sun loungers plus two amazing day beds and the pool man comes daily to make sure everywhere is immaculate. The pool is large enough to swim in. The villa is light, airy and extremely spacious, the bedrooms large, the bathrooms amazing, and the pictures and mirrors on the walls add to the ambience. Hisaronu is a short walk away and is full of eating places and shops and the beach is a short ride away, again with many restaurants and shops. Dilak the local agent will help arrange airport transfers, taxis, reservations etc and we found Dan the owner extremely friendly and helpful which took the stress out of booking and deciding what to do and where to go so a big thank you. Be assured we will be back.

- had an amazing time with the family

we went (wife plus 2 young children) and had an incredible time at the villa. The outside space is massive, pool a delight, gardens very well presented...etc...etc.. ....& inside it gets even better with really tastefully decorated bedrooms, fabulous bathroomes & esp. loved the kitchen/lounge area leading on to the outside terrace above the pool... loads of space - children loved it - will be back next year for sure!

I have spent many years getting the villa just right. This has been a labour of love and I'm now of the opinion that it is perfect! :) I would love for you to check it out and see if you agree with me. I love coming the villa and I use it a lot and see it as my home. I would like it to be your home if you come to stay. I absolutely love the local area and it's a place I now call and feel at home in.

What makes this property unique

The villa has been designed and kitted out to a very high specification. The villa now enjoys a hot tub that can comfortably accomodate five people. In addition, the garden has now matured and stone walls have been errected to ensure complete privacy. You will enjoy top of the range fixtures and fittings, four and a half wonderful bathrooms and five spacious bedrooms. There is also a significant amount of communal space, extensive outside space to enjoy with many comfortable places to sit and relax as well play games such as Monopoly, Scrabble or Risk. One can enjoy the pool during the day and then watch the sunset from the natural stone paved BBQ terrace whilst enjoying you family and friends.
