NEW!!! Villa Lanka - luxury villa with large swimming pool, private parking

This new modern villa is sittuated in very peacefull surrounding. It will be your private oasis in "green kingom". It is away from traffic but not far away from main road wich leads you in any part of beautifull Istria. There is an acces to the highway only 5 km away.
It is a ground floor house of 140 m2. There are two bedrooms with sat/smart tv, each with its own bathroom. Comfortable fully equipped kicthen, dinning room for 6 people and living room with smart TV, SAT TV. From this arrea you have a wonderfull view to the swimmingpool and nature wich is all arround the house.
From the outside there is an outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill.
There is also a dinning arrea for 6 people. Swimming pool is 42 m2. It is quite comfortable to relax or swimm.
If you decide for our new modern villa to spend your holiday I am sure you will not regret and you will be hosted and wellcome!!

An immaculate villa with lovely pool!

We had a great stay - the villa is really modern with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool is bigger than average and the location is very quiet. It’s a 30min drive to some beautiful beaches. Kristina was very helpful with recommendations for where to visit too.

A little piece of paradise

A marvelous villa in a silent area with good distance to all places one desires to in Istria. We enjoyed the house as such, the pool and especially Kristina‘s hospitality and support. Definitely a beautiful place for a relaxing vacation. Once again, many thanks.

Beautiful Istria Villa

The villa was one of the highlights of our visit to Istria. It had everything we needed, and the whole villa was spectacular. We loved the outdoor space with the gorgeous infinity pool. Although the kitchen was fully equipped, there were no basic supplies such as sugar and spices so make sure you bring those along. We highly recommend and would love to return!

Wonderful House and Residence

This was our first stay in a holiday home. We were in good hands with Kristina. A lot of information for the stay was also available in the house. She always had information or tips for a trip ready when you asked for it. A perfect hostess. We had spent a nice week there. The location is wonderful and also very quiet. The house is very clean and lovingly furnished. A dream.

Nowoczesna villa, czysta i pachnąca nowością. Ogród bardzo duży, idealny na pobyt z psem. Słoneczny taras z duzym basenem. Szybki internet, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Miejsce godne polecenia w cichej okolicy. Idealne dla osób szukających luksusu, klimatu i spokoju. Z pewnością tu wrócimy, dziękujemy Kristina!

Tolles Haus, toller Urlaub

Alles super gelaufen, schön großer Pool (Anfang Juni noch etwas kalt) Sehr sauberes Haus und schön gepflegt. In der Siedlung werden noch weitere Villen gebaut deshalb hört man hier und da etwas von der Baustelle. Aber hat uns nicht großartig gestört. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft!

Dank der ruhigen Lage und der liebevollen Einrichtung lädt der Urlaub zur vollen Erholung ein. Der Außenbereich mit dem großzügigen Garten & Infinitypool ist wunderschön gestaltet. Bei Fragen, sowie Tipps für Unternehmungen stand uns die Vermieterin jederzeit zur Seite. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben & freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Zu kurz, aber sehr gut

Alles wie beschrieben. Sehr geschackvoll eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht und problemlose, sehr freundliche Kommunikation im Bedarfsfall. In 25-35 Minuten sehr viel von den Sehenswürdigkeiten Istriens zu erreichen, einschließlich Strand. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tolles Haus mit sehr großem Pool

Das Haus befindet sich ca 25-35 Fahrminuten entfernt von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der westliche Küsten in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf. Das Haus selbst ist sehr neu und auf sehr hohem Niveau ausgestattet. Der Pool ist perfekt für Kinder, da sehr groß. Das Grundstück ist auch sehr groß. Für Kinder gibt es ein Trampolin. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Toller Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Lanka. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem nicht zu abgelegen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich im gleichen Ort. Innerhalb von 15 Autominuten befinden sich weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Villa war sehr sauber und ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Kristina war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Kommunikation. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
