The apartment is located on the second floor of a beautifully renovated building with a large, modern lift with disabled access. It is completely exterior and features 3 spacious street-facing balconies.
Decorated with design furniture inspired by the 50s and well-chosen iconic piece replicas, it has marble floors, underfloor heating, air conditioning controlled by home automation in all rooms, and high-quality insulation. All factors that make it a high-standing accommodation. The vibrant decoration colours, combined with wood, rugs, and curtains, bring warmth to the environment.

The kitchen, located at the entrance, is very spacious, comfortable, and modern. The bathroom, spacious with a shower, is accessible from the living room.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be done at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be done in November according to the protocols established by the community.

Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the municipal Traffic Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, by public transport, taxi, or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
