Perfect location

Great few days in this lovely house, a stones throw from the ocean. Perfectly located for walks in the Zingaro National Park and access to the town of San Vito Lo Capo. Bruno was a great host. Can't wait to return!

Bruno and his daughter are such Nice host !

Everything was perfect, the house is beautifull and comfortable, and the place is wonderfull ! We were having perfect hollidays, the tranquility and the acces to the sea 🌊☀️, close to the Zingaro reserve San Vito is a lovely little city. Thank you Bruno for your hospitality, arrivederci !

Sehr schönes Haus direkt am Meer

Tolle Lage. Schönes, einfach eingerichtetes Haus. Der Zugang zum Meer geht über kantige Felsen, so dass Strandschuhe empfehlenswert sind.

Mooi huis. Mooie locatie. Overlast bouw huis buren.

Het huis ligt mooi aan zee. Vlak bij het natuurreservaat. Dat is erg mooi. In het huis was niet alles aanwezig. Geen kruiden en olie ed. Geen waterkoker. Aansteker leeg. Batterijen airco leeg. Afzuigkap deed het niet. Naast ons werd een huis gebouwd waarvan veel overlast.

Außergewöhnlich

Bruno und seine Frau sind hervorragende Gastgeber. Zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Hilfsbereit aber unaufdringlich. Das Haus ist durch seine Lage, direkt am Meer wunderbar, man kann von morgens bis abends von der Terrasse aufs Meer schauen. Baden, mit direktem privaten Zugang zum Meer ist möglich, allerdings für Kinder und nicht sehr fitte Personen aufgrund der Klippen nicht geeignet. Wir konnten schwimmen, abseits vom Trubel, wenn keine Quallen da waren, aber ich habe gelernt, dass das überall auf Sizilien so ist. Vor dem Haus, im Hof kann man parken,das ist auch sehr sehr gut, und keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Insgesamt ist es herrlich ruhig, das Meer, die Grillen und Vögel sind vor allem Abends die einzige Hintergrundgeräusche. Der nächste Supermarkt ist dennoch nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung für Urlauber die keine Massenansammlungen an vollen Stränden suchen aber von dem Haus aus ganz viele Optionen haben mit dem Auto hinzukommen. Schöne Badestrände, Naturschutzgebiete, hübsche kleine Städtchen. Grazie Bruno, bis ein nächstes Mal

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben hier eine Woche in dieser netten und sehr ruhigen Ferienwohnungen mit tollem Meerblick verbracht. Es war alles vorhanden was man so benötigt, besonders hervorzuheben ist die Außendusche. Der Vermieter Bruno ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn er kein Englisch spricht.

Il posto ideale per staccare la spina e godersi il mare cristallino e il silenzio della natura circostante. La casa molto pulita e accogliente, è dotata di tutto il necessario, bella la terrazza con vista sul mare blu e l'accesso diretto ed al mare. Aldo è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati benissimo e speriamo di tornare presto!

che dire.....un paradiso!

Posso solo dire un grande grazie al Sig. Bruno che ci ha fatto passare una bellissima vacanza con mille attenzioni in una stupenda casa sul mare, abbiamo visto dei tramonti e delle albe mozzafiato. Non eravamo mai stati in Sicilia ma torneremo ......abbiamo mangiato meravigliosamente bene ovunque siamo stati ... pesce ogni sera e tanta tanta caponata. E che dire dei dolci? Tutto meraviglioso! A presto .....

La realta' e' ancora più bella delle foto

Spesso le foto sono molto lontane dalla realta' e si rimane delusi. Questa volta la realta' era ancora più bella!villa splendida affacciata sul mare in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro. Non possiamo lamentarsi di nulla,la villa era pulita e ben rifinita ed il proprietario sempre cortese e gentile.

Una parola: "fantastico"

Noi (coppia con una bambina) abbiamo trascorso le vacanze in questa casa tra la fine di agosto e gli inizi di settembre. Per definire questo tempo avrei una sola parola "fantastico" Per la sola veduta dalla terrazza ne è già valsa la pena. Iniziare la giornata con questa vista e poi la sera il potere ammirare il tramonto del sole e stato qualcosa di particolare. Per il resto nell'appartamento tutto era in ordine e in ottime condizioni. Davanti la casa potevamo ricrearci e con altre famiglie con piccoli bambini goderci la bella spiaggia di San Vito distante 5 minuti. Quindi tutto bellissimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. A riguardo del padrone di casa non potevamo aspettarci una persona più disponibile e gentile. Inoltre ha dato al tempo trascorso un tocco particolare con i suoi modi amichevoli e rispettosi ci è stato vicino senza essere mai invadente addolcendo sul vero senso della parola le nostre vacanze. Grazie di cuore. .. 5 stelle per tutto!

Ein Wort: Fantastisch

Wir (Ehepaar mit kleinem Kind) haben Ferien in diesem Haus im August und September (11 Tage) verbracht. Für die Zeit dort gibt es nur ein Wort: Fantastisch. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus ist es für uns allein schon Wert gewesen. Denn morgens mit diesem Blick aufzustehen und dann den Abend mit Meeresblick und Mondschein ausklingen zu lassen, ist etwas Besonderes. Alles Weitere in der Wohnung war absolut OK und im Top-Zustand. Wir haben direkt vor dem Haus geschnorchelt und auch wie viele andere Familien mit kleinem Kind (3 Jahre) natürlich auch den wunderschönen und herrlichen Strand von San Vito genutzt, der nur wenige Fahrtminuten (5 min) entfernt ist, also beides toll und prima in jeglicher Hinsicht. Zum Vermieter können wir nur eines sagen: Wir können uns keinen freundlicheren, entgegenkommenderen und gleichzeitig respektvolleren Vermieter vorstellen. Er hat dieser Zeit einen ganz besonderen Touch gegeben und uns immer wieder mit seiner freundlichen und feinen, nicht aufdringlichen und doch sehr aufmerksamen Art zur Seite gestanden und uns den Urlaub auch im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes versüßt. Vielen lieben Dank! 5 volle Sterne für alles. Gerne empfehlen wir wärmstens dieses Appartement weiter und hoffen dort bald wieder schöne Tage verbringen zu können!

Amazing View and amazing Owner!!

La Villa è' ancora più bella che in foto, gli ambienti sono pulitissimi, la vista è' veramente spettacolare. Svegliarsi con il rumore del mare, non ha prezzo. Inoltre il proprietario, una persona incredibilmente gentile Vi fornirà tutte le indicazione del caso e Vi suggerirà dei posti ottimi dove mangiare e poterVi godere la vostra vacanza. Maggio sul mare di Sicilia

ho trascorso una bellissima settimana di maggio con mia moglie e nostra figlia di 6 mesi,la casa è molto comoda e ben equipaggiata, ci è stata consegnata pulitissima e non ci è mai mancato nulla. Ma il vero pregio è la magnifica posizione, direttamente sul mare, con accesso diretto a una bellissimo tratto di mare accessibile solo dalle poche case sulla costa, per cui la privacy è totale. Allo stesso tempo si trova a soli 5 minuti dal centro di San Vito Lo Capo e a pochi chilometri della Riserva dello Zingaro, uno dei posti più belli in cui siamo mai stati. Infine il proprietario è una persona squisita, ci ha dato molti consigli utili ed è stato di una disponibilità e gentilezza fuori del comune. Speriamo davvero di poter tornare presto!

Traum für Naturliebhaber

Unsere Familie hat eine Woche in diesem Haus verbracht, und alle waren wirklich begeistert. Die Lage des Hauses ist einzigartig. Es liegt direkt an einem Felsstrand mit eigenem Meerzugang, die letzten Meter ist die Badestelle direkt in den Fels gehauen. Selbst wenn man nicht im kristallklaren Meer schnorchelt, kann man ( mit den Kindern) Felstümpel und kleinen Wasserbuchten erforschen. Hinter dem Haus erhebt sich der „Hausberg“, der eine malerische Kulisse bietet.In den Naturpark Zingaro sind es nur 10 Autominuten und wenn man Lust auf einen langen Sandstrand hat, ist San Vito nur 5 min entfernt. Das Haus selbst ist sehr ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. In der Nebensaison kann das Haus angenehm beheizt werden, was wir manchmal zu schätzen wussten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist noch die Außendusche mit Warmwasser! Bruno, der Vermieter, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn man ein wenig italienisch kann, freut er sich gute Tipps zum Urlaub zu geben. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Bella vacanza in terra di Sicilia

Ho trascorso una piacevolissima settimana a San Vito lo Capo nel mese di luglio insieme alla mia compagna, alloggiando nell’appartamento al piano terra della villa. La casa è stata appena ristrutturata, l’abbiamo trovata pulita e confortevole. Si trova a qualche metro dagli scogli e quindi ci si può tuffare in mare senza uscire dal cancello della villa! Molto adatta a chi come me si dedica alla pesca subacquea. Il sig. Bruno, il proprietario, è una persona garbata e disponibile, prodigo di suggerimenti su come trascorrere al meglio la vacanza. Da consigliare!
