We enjoyed our stay in this accommodation. Peter and Sue were great hosts. Really helpful and available. We don't normally do return visits places but may make an exception in this case 👍
The description is exactly what we encountered, nice place, nice swimming pool, not too far from the sea by steps,.. .. even if the beach was quite busy in August....
If any problem occurs, Sue is here and she finds a solution to solve it. Indeed there was a little problem with the elevator, and this issue was solved very quickly, thanks Sue!!
I sincerely recommend this apartment. If we will go back to Marbella, sure we will choose it again.
We all had a good time there , and the the kitchen invites you to cook : ) the garage is perfect if u have a car with u and the compound is also nice isolated and safe.!
We've spent 10 days in the apt. in July 22. Our arrival got late, as the plane got 3 hours delay - we had to pay 50eur for late arrival, I have to say, I didn't like it, as it was not our fault or plan, but whatever...it was unexpected.
Sue - the lady who showed us the place was very nice, waited for us, explained everything. It is a lovely place, few steps away from the community pool, few minutes walk to the restaurants and beach, also to the Supercore- store. The apt it self is very well equipped, kitchen appliances, above the expectation, I've spent couple of vacations in rented apts, this one is great! No cheap stuff like thin cookware or plastic glasses, really high quality stuff. Appreciated! The apt. is newly renovated and it is visible, it is really large, however we used only 1 bedroom. It is a ground floor apt and orientation is to the street, so it may turn a bit noisy from time to time - cars and people coming from the restaurant in good mood :)
Need to mention to those allergic for cats, that there are many cats in the area and they like to come and sit on the terrace, even on the couch which is on the terrace - it is full of fur in the morning :)
We needed to deal with an unexpected situation with neighbors, Sue was very helpful, contacted Peter with our request and tried to solve the issue fast. Communication with Peter was also very quick and he was very helpful with everything. We had a rented car, parking is great! huge underground parking spot. The only thing we didn't like that much, but it is the same almost anywhere...there are ants in the apt. We managed not to leave bread or anything open on the kitchen counter so everything was OK.

The apartment is in an excellent location and is great being ground floor the 3rd bedroom is adequate could do with a lick of paint the rest is very nice the outside space is large with very nice garden furniture although we couldn’t use it as one of the kids is allergic to cats and there everywhere and sleep on the garden furniture which is completely unavoidable as it’s ground floor and cats r cats they do what they want all in all it’s a great apartment full of mod cons and better than most people’s home

Apartment was modern and clean and exactly like the photos
This apartment has a well equipped kitchen. Excellent garden space with BBQ. It was perfect for our family of 6. The pool and garden area was immaculate. Peter was very helpful would thoroughly recommend.
Within walking distance 15 minutes to local beach and beachside restaurants. 5 minutes the other way to mini supermarket and restaurant, bar (Orange Tree) and the bus stop, M220 bus, 3 stops to Lidl, 3 stops the other way to Nikki Beach.

Fantastic place for family holidays.
Very modern and clean apartment.Nice quiet area of Cabo Pino. Peter and his wife were very helpful with all questions and queries. Fabulous pool. Well deserved 5*.
