There is a modern open plan living area that has been finished to a high standard throughout and features a small balcony as well as a cosy woodburner for the cooler Winter months.
Outside there is a raised decking area where you can enjoy the sea views as you dine al-fresco. With the beach right on your doorstep, Porthleven harbour is just a short walk away and features many highly-rated restaurants to try as well as a variety of pubs, cafes, shops and galleries. There are many great attractions within easy driving distance of the property including the famous St Michael's Mount and the open-air Minack Theatre perched on the cliffs near Porthcurno.
