The exclusive Vilamoura resort area offers a fabulous diversity of experiences, from the quiet pine forest ambles and Atlantic beaches, to the glamorous Yacht Marina, casino, shooting club, tennis club, riding school and a choice of nightclubs.

The main attractions are the marina, beach, many PGA standard golf courses and Aquashow water park. The area's past is brought to the forefront with a preserved Roman site and the Museum of Cerro da Vila.

This traditional 1970's villa is the closest privately owned villa to the marina making the shortest possible walk to the marina, town, shops and restaurants.

It is set in beautiful south facing gardens with its own private pool (Heating and child safety fence available additional charges apply), Sun loungers, Charcoal BBQ, & 3 terraces overlooking the pool.

There is also a pool table, 2 lounge rooms, Tv/DVD, uk sky sports PS3, laserwi-fi and air-con in every bedroom.

We do not recommend young children use the basement level as the interior staircase is very steep.


Please also note the swimming pool is not fenced off unless requested and there is no lifeguard, the pool is used at your own risk so children / non swimmers will need to be supervised at all times. We offer a child safety fence for the pool which can be fitted prior to your arrival if you have small children

The villa sleeps 14 ppl in standard beds, and a further 4 people in 2 X double sofa beds so that makes our 18 person recommendation. We also have 2 portable fold out beds

The villa has a self-contained annexe attached to it. This has a private entrance and separate gate / side garden. This is not part of this rental and there are no shared spaces it is a separate entity for the owners and their property.

4 travel cots for babies and highchairs available but please bring your own bedding for the cots due to risks associated with SIDS we do not provide these.
